Worst customer service ever. My daughter was left in the dark on her drives for over three months. Now that her deadline is right around the corner they go and change her drive date without asking me first. It is ridiculous trying to reach anyone to get answers. I am fed up and I do not recommend them to anyone. Take your money and leave you hanging. Mind you, you have to pay up front so there is no recourse for action later down the road. ***I am updating my review because Pam recently took over that office and she has been wonderful in trying to get everything straightened out.
