If I could give this company zero stars I would. The program frequently asks you for identity verification via pop up messages and if you are not in front of your computer when the questions are asked...
If I could give this company zero stars I would. The program frequently asks you for identity verification via pop up messages and if you are not in front of your computer when the questions are asked it assumes they are wrong and kicks you from the program after you miss this message three times. No refund. No re-enrollment. Period. When you call the number for help, they are rude and unhelpful and tell you "oh well, not our problem". Do NOT use this service they are crooks and just want to take your money.

Rude, zero professionalism , hate it. This man does not want to help you when you need somethig, but will gladly taker your money. DON'T GO THERE.

By far one of the worst defensive driving online course. I finished the course and then asked for my certificate first class. The website said it would take 5-7 business day. I waited more than 2 week...
By far one of the worst defensive driving online course. I finished the course and then asked for my certificate first class. The website said it would take 5-7 business day. I waited more than 2 weeks for the certificate but did not receive it. I called the owner and he was very rude about the situation. He continuously repeated that he was not the post office instead of trying to help to solve the problem. I ended up having to pay an extra 35 dollars to have it shipped next day. To add to this the owner even went to the extreme to erase the business day amount it would take to ship. This just proves how bad of a business this is. I will never use this site again.

Read the small print, these people are a rip off and rude in the bargain. Don't waste your money there are plenty of other providers in the state. can you rate negative stars??
