Texas law requires 360 minutes of a class to receive credit. Every 15 seconds to 2 minutes you have to click next for these online videos. I am only halfway through the classes, have already spent 400 minutes on the courses, and I still have to click every few seconds. It is so obnoxious. Seriously, I am still here, watching these repetitive videos. For example, a 44 minute part of the course has you clicking 96 times to keep going through the videos. This is AFTER I have already spent 360 minutes in the class. What a waste.I updated to 2 stars because I did receive my certificate in the mail the next business day. On a side note, sometimes the pages have sound where the person is reading to you, and sometimes they do not. If you have some sort of reading disability, do NOT choose this driving safety course as it will not read all of the pages to you. Read Less

My son signed up for this online course after receiving a speeding ticket. He completed the course within the required timeframe. The required certificate was not received prior to the required timeframe. Trying to contact Safety-USA was extremely frustrating. They were virtually unreachable and unresponsive. No response to emails and phone calls were sent to voicemails (which were not returned). It took 12 attempts calling the number to reach a live human being. On a Thursday, we were told that a duplicate certificate would be sent out expedited mail. On Friday, I called requesting a status of the package and was told that a tracking number would be emailed to me. No email. On Monday after 12 attempts I finally spoke to a live person who told me that the package was just shipped that morning. She offered to email the tracking number. Instead I asked her for the tracking number over the phone. The package was sent that afternoon. Shop around before choosing this option unless you don't mind a hassle with obtaining proof that you completed the course. Read Less
