This class was very informative. As a veteran driver, I learned a great deal about driving and safety that I didn't know or had forgotten over the years. I too dreaded the idea of being in school all day. However, the DVD was interactive and the presenter was very personal to the audience and the various topics covered during the presentation. I was dreading taking a defense driving class and thought it would be a miserable experience, but I was surprised to actually enjoy myself and learn at the same time! The instructor was both helpful and informative. He kept everything brief and to the point which is a fanastic for this sort of class. I would definitely recommend taking this class to anyone! On April 20, 2017 I called to schedule a class. I was informed that there was a class offered on May 6th and 7th. The woman I spoke with took my credit card information and informed me that the class was to begin at 12:30 both days. She stated that I would be charged a $5 fee to hold my place in the class. I work nights and every weekend. I requested off work for both Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th. Not only did I repeat the dates back to her and write them down, but I had somelse with me listening to the phone conversation. By May 5th, I had not received a confirmation email, nor had I been charged the reservation fee. I called the school back and inquired as to why I hadn't received confirmation. I asked about the classes, repeating the dates back to a different representative. She confirmed the dates of May 6th and 7th as well, but proceeded to inform me that they didn't have a customer service number and she couldn't tell me anything about my reservation. She then informed me that the classes were not at 12:30, but we're actually at 9:30. On May 6th I arrived only to be informed that there was no class on the 6th and 7th and that it was actually next weekend. I called the school back only to be told again that there was no class on the 6th and 7th. Needless to say, it was too late to get into any other class in the area. At this point I will have to take another weekend off work and start all over with another driving school. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Read Less
