Awesome experience for our daughter. By the time she completed the class and her three drives with the police officer, she was a great driver. She was able to pass her road test on the first try! Taking this class not only improved her knowledge of the rules of the road, the seriousness of being a safe driver, and excellent driving skills, it also saved us money with the insurance company. I highly recommend 911 driving school in Rock Hill SC. My daughter is rather shy and the lessons are private and taught by police or retired police and I couldn't be more confident. My daughter also took the driving test there....there is an extra fee for this...but well worth it as no long lines to wait in and private. No one watching her pass or fail....but she past the first time. Worth the investment. Read Less

This driving school was excellent. Anthony and T. Allen were very helpful and gave me great instruction. I am awesome at parallel parking thanks to T. Allen. The only reason we did not give 5 stars was because getting driving sessions after school or on the weekend was impossible. I had to leave school to be able to get my drives in! Read Less

My daughter has had 3 drives and each and every time has spoken very highly about the instructors. The past two drives she has driven with Lauren. She is incredible at making your child feel comfortable, while at the same time making sure your child is aware of their mistakes and letting the parents know how that can help. While the classroom & driving instruction my daughter received seemed fine, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service focus. Beware that it is EXTREMELY difficult to schedule drives.  Had I not made numerous phone calls & sent numerous emails complaining, it would have taken well over 100 days for my daughter to complete the 3 required drives to be tested for her conditional license.  When I voiced concern over the amount of time it took, I was told that my daughter had ONLY logged in 12 times in 60 days to attempt to schedule drives.  In those 12 log ins, she was able to schedule ONE drive.   Signing in to a system 12 times & have success once seems like a scheduling issue to me, not a customer issue.    We had initially signed up for 5 drives as we wanted our daughter to have the most experience possible with an instructor prior to driving on her own.  However based on the extreme difficulty of scheduling drives & the fact the instructor asked my daughter why we signed up for so many & stated she did NOT need the additional instruction, we asked for a refund of the last 2 drives.  While they agreed to let us use the credit for my daughter to take the parking pass driving class (a $35 class), they flatly refused to refund any of the additional $200 we paid for the extra drives. The initial explanation I received was that it was disclosed on their website & registration materials that students should expect it to take 45-90 days to complete the required drives.  I was later told that it disclosed 60-90 days.  The lady that I spoke with & communicated with via email was extremely reluctant to help in anyway.  I was clearly an annoyance & bother to them but they were more than happy to keep the extra $200 I paid for drives that were next to impossible to schedule.  My daughter misplaced her certificate for the parking pass class & needed it today to get her parking permit.  Is it their fault she misplaced it? Of course not.  Could they have tried to help? I would think.  Did they? Nope.  I was told their Fort Mill office is not open today so it would be tomorrow before she could get it.  I offered for her to go to the Rock Hill office to pick it up but they said they didn't have the right form there.  I asked if they could send it electronically & of course they couldn't do that either.  Alive at 25 sends a list to the school of kids who take a class.  They do not.  Again, no effort at all to assist.  We have friends who have used the other driving school in Rock Hill & have not had nearly the difficulties.  I would absolutely not recommend 911 driving school to anyone.
