BEWARE OF THIS DRIVING COMPANY!!! I chose to select one star due to the fact that there was no option to chose "0 rating" To start with, I scheduled an appointment for p/u and no one ever called me to schedule a time. I called the office and the guy told me they were over booked and the phones were ringing off the hook so they had no time to call me. So he re-schedule me. On the morning of my re-scheduled p/u day I called to ask if I can re-schedule this day due to the storm that coming in. The female who answered the phone told me "due to the fact that I called on the same day to re-schedule I would have to call another driving company" she said "good luck" and just hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak with management concerning the poor service and she answered the phone again and told me "I am management" and hung up on me again. Apparently there is no one to complain to in an event of any kind of misconduct with this company. Not sure how this company operates with this kind of customer service. Read Less

My instructor was Ryan, he was awesome on time and did a great job helping me with my driving and did an outstanding job teaching me parallel parking, which was my biggest fear but I got it right in the first try and I did it a few extra times just to be sure. I had the BEST learning experience with Safe Driving School. I passed my driver's test today on my first try, all thanks to my driving instructor OLEG. He was very professional, extremely supportive and patient. He took me to my driving test site for my 3 lessons, went over all the car controls asked in the exam, the driving test route and taught me a great parallel parking technique. I was very calm and confident not only for my exam but now as a new driver on the road. Money very well spent. Thank you so much OLEG! I took my driving test at Levick. I picked the 2 hour package because I didn't drive in about a year and I was really concerned since it was raining pretty badly. I wasn't really confident and I honestly thought I wasn't going to pass. Adam showed up and he was nice. He then told me that since I was doing "plenty" of mistakes he's going to be a "little strict" on me to make sure that I get my license. It was a tough lesson but let me tell you this guy knows what he's doing!! He got me driving extremely well and I passed easily! It was a great experience. At the end he explained to me that his main goal was to make sure that I got my license and I was able to drive well which is why he was a little strict on me. He's a great dude. He is very polite, patient, amazing & explains every detail your child needs to know to prepare themselves for there driver's test. Both of my children pass on there first try. I was always scared and terrified of driving since I've been into a car accident before. I tried multiple driving schools and no one was able to help so I decided to give safe driving school a shot. I had Adam as my instructor and let me tell you he is beyond incredible. He's calm, funny, and very experienced. He helped me become more confident and after two lessons I became a lot better then he helped me pass my drivers test. Adam is beyond awesome and thanks to him I got my license!!! I had a horrible experience today with the driving instructor! His name was Adam and he basically rushed me during the practice exam. Every turn I made he would say I'm doing it wrong and did little to redirect me. I failed my exam and plan on using another service. You shouldn't have instructors who discourage their students specially on the day of the exam. Read Less

I had a okay first lesson with this company was willing to try again even though the teacher found it to be professional to smoke in the car while working . I scheduled my appointment on Monday for a 2 hr lesson for Wednesday at 12pm . I was told by the rep I would receive a call on Tuesday to confirm. I did not receive the call Tuesday so I called the rep back who said its fine I'm scheduled for my appointment tomorrow on Wednesday and that I should still get a call. Again I... did not get a call; on Wednesday no one showed up at 12pm so I call spoke with the same rep who said he will look into and call me back. I waited ... 45 mins later I called back the same rep said he was just about to call me back and asked if I could reschedule my appointment until 6pm. I thanked him for his unprofessionalism and advised I will find a more professional company to work with. Its unfortunate that scheduling is a problem when revenue is based on the customers you pick up to pay for services. and on top of that my time was wasted ! Will not refer anyone here ever .
