April 2016 I bought a car and was in a really unfortunate spot of not being able to insure it because I didn't yet have my license. I got some recommendations and one was America's Driving School. I called and a really sweet woman named Amanda picked up. Now summer is a really busy time for driving schools because they have a lot of teenagers eager to get their licence. I figured I had scheduled early enough that it wouldn't matter. I was wrong, my lessons were pushed back several times and I ended up only taking one by the end of many phone calls. It was frustrating but I understood why; They had a driver out on leave, the same driver who was supposed to train me. Now I gave this business 4 stars, not for the mix-up but for the absolutely wonderful service I got throughout the whole thing. Amanda was constantly working for me to get me what I needed and though it ended up not being what I had originally planned on, I still had the opportunity to take the lessons I needed and get my licence using their vehicle. Overall I think this summer just wasn't a good one for them, and that happens but that doesn't diminish the fact that these guys really pulled through and were very apologetic and kind. I had my daughter registered for 10!/2 hours of private lessons. The day of her lesson, her instructor fell and got hurt. The school cancelled my daughter's lessons. We requested to have our money back. We email the school and was given excuses that the owner is working very hard and busy and could not refund our money. It has been over a month and we have not received our refund even though we sent several email. These people had no problems charging our credit cards and got the money, but when they have to refund us, then they are too busy working and do not bother. They are so unprofessional. We will report them to better business bureau. Read Less
