Took my son to the Uniontown location..very very pleased! Polite & fun staff. Made this process easy. When we scheduled our in car portion of the class we were originally scheduled about 1 1/2 months out...however they called with cancellations as we requested and he was able to finish his driving portion in only 2 weeks! Again, very impressed with the staff! Read Less

The driving school itself is fine.  The driving instruction was fine. The classroom instruction was fine. Good luck getting your driving certificate when your child has completed everything. I was told I could pick it up after the school work was completed. The I was told I had to pay a fuel surcharge, which I did (they cashed the check).  Then I was told my child had to complete 50 hours of driving with me to get the certificate, which we did. Now that we have done everything they asked I wrote a letter and sent a self addressed stamped envelope and asked that they mail the certificate to me.  The letter came back because this location does not have a mailbox.  I then sent the letter to the Canton office and they sent me a letter back telling me to go to the Uniontown office as I had to sign for the certificate. The Uniontown office is not staffed often and they don't have classes there every week.  I have driven there three times to get the certificate and they were closed each time.  We cannot get my child's driver's license because we cannot get the certificate. We even had to renew my child's temps because getting this certificate is next to impossible from this location. My wife called them to again try and get the certificate and told them how many times we have called, emailed, and sent letters in the US mail and they actually denied that we had been trying to contact them to get the certificate even though I have the email replies and their written letter reply.  My wife finally got the certificate by calling to find out when the Uniontown office would be staffed, and going there in person, but they had the nerve to tell her that we still owed the fuel surcharge, as their records indicate we hadn't paid.  My wife showed them the cancelled check from JULY! So it is also obvious that their record keeping is not very good. Read Less

Will never attemot to go here again! I left a voicemail after several attempts to get an answer for a week. Waited four days for a return phone call from a woman at the 330-244 number. This was the very beginning of April. I told her I would be attending the class scheduled today and she said that was fine. I asked every question that I should have including payment, times, location, and if I should bring anything else. So I scheduled a sitter from 730-530 as the class was scheduled 8-5 today. I took my girls to the sitters and went to the class. Didn't look like anyone was in the office when I pulled up at 750. So I called both numbers...no answer. Again. So I waited. 753...called and left a voicemail asking if the class was still going on, if we were at the right address though I was sure we were. No return call. 805...the doors hadn't been opened yet. I called the numbers again and a man FINALLY answered the phone. He said 'There will be no class today. We are not doing it for just one person. There will be another class the first Sunday in May.' No apology. No valid reason for a business that is supposed to be professional, not to call and let me know that it was cancelled. To top it all off, my daughters first birthday party was scheduled on May 6th6th (first Sunday in May) and now I will have to cancel it, plan another, tell our family members from out of town not to come, and send out new invitations! I have never dealt with a business as unprofessional as this and I am very disappointed.Read Less

Took my son to the Uniontown location..very very pleased! Polite & fun staff. Made this process easy. When we scheduled our in car portion of the class we were originally scheduled about 1 1/2 months out...however they called with cancellations as we requested and he was able to finish his driving portion in only 2 weeks!
