I would highly recommend all star driving education, it is very convenient because of the online classes and the good teacher I had during the in-cars. I would like to thank Mr. Laihr, he was my instructor and was very nice, calm, cool, and collected during the driving sessions, even when I would make mistakes, and even told me about things regarding the easiest/best place to take my driving test and also how to handle things like my nerves during the test. We purchased the online drivers ed for our daughter, but she has been unable to do it, because the questions are worded with language not even used in the lesson, and when you answer incorrectly, it will always count it wrong no matter what other answer you put! It forces you to stay on the page for 20 minutes, then restarts at 14 minutes, but cuts you off for the day after 2 hours.Read Less

absolute joke. This establishment decided to play games with me from the start. I attempted to take my abbreviated online driver course and after paying my $70 fee they could not verify my account, They then told me I had to print off and fill out a form and get said form notarized, keep in mind I have no licence and cannot legally drive. Having notary fees added onto my ever growing bill, the disruption this caused me with my job, the fees of having to take an Uber to and from work and now to a notary to continue to wait for them and their archaic technology to play catch up to a modern world is the entire reason they deserve 1 star. We only used this company for the 6 hours behind the week. We worked with Darla, who was the only driver that took kids in the south bend/LaPorte area. She kept great communication with me and was flexible with times, especially with the crazy weather around here. She never cancelled on us and was understanding when we had to reschedule. Mr. Morton has a passion for teaching, and takes a personal interest in teaching each student how to drive safely, and it shows! This is one of the WORSE company's I have ever had to deal with. Very unprofessional with very poor instructors and even worse customer service when talking to the main office. Nobody seemed to know what is going on and our Segment 2 class was cancelled and rescheduled *4 times* until finally they cancelled indefinitely leaving my child hanging waiting to get his last segment done so he could get his license. Yes I was refunded my money after the 2nd cancellation and he was s...uppose to take the class free of charge after the hassle of them cancelling on us and making us rearrange our schedules so many times. Once they left us hanging for the last time I was told I would have to find another company AND pay for it all over again. We wasted 8 months waiting for them to get their shit together and it never happened so we pay for it again!!
