Terrible experience. I was told one thing by "Tom," and another by "Lisa" on who to turn paperwork in to, which postponed the start of in-car. Then was told my son was scheduled for 2 driving days via voicemail from "Lisa", but then never was scheduled. Then at the end of the in-car lessons, my son did not receive his certificate of completion. We were told after the fact, that is wasn't their policy. We were never told what the "policy" was. I left a message with them the night before the final drive for someone to return my call about the certificate, but no one did. I had to call again the following day, after his drive, to find out this information. The communication between us and this company was ridiculous. Now my son has to wait, yet again, to get his license, as it apparantly takes days for this school to release his certificate. My eldest son went to Myers, and received his certificate at the end of his last drive. Read Less

We used the option of 24-hour online instruction combined with 8-hour behind-the-wheel instruction. This worked very well for our son whose evenings were busy. He completed the classroom work on his own schedule and Driving Academy of Ohio seamlessly completed his training with in-car lessons. They went out of their way to schedule his drive time around his school, sports and church commitments. Very pleased with the entire process and the courteous staff. Read Less
