They're just horrible. I've tried for weeks to get my in cars but it's always some excuse why I can't.

The red headed White woman got mad at me because I was squinting while driving.
Why was I squinting? Because the sun was in my face and at a level where the visor was useless.

Why was I squinting? Because the sun was in my face and at a level where the visor was useless.
She thought I was sleeping...no, I was only squinting because of the sun. She yelled at me and would not listen to what I was saying. She said if I did it again, I would be kicked out and receive no refund.
How rude.
The Cambodian guy also talked about religion way too much. Cool, I don't care if you talk about church or anything, but it got to the point where he asked me what my beliefs are, I told him I was raised Buddhist, he then lectured me during the whole driving sessions about how I will be going to hell. He always invited me to come to his church on Sundays, and then lecture me when I never showed up.
I'm here to learn how to drive, not be lectured on religion and how I'm sinning.
What's wrong with these people? Do they not have people skills?

DO NOT sign up for top driver. I do not want to list all of the problems I've had with them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE TOP DRIVER.

July 2014 - If you desire to establish schedule for all of your in car training, forget using Top Driver.

I went to Top Driver because they were the first to offer online driving classes in Ohio. It seemed like everyone I knew went to Top Driver because it was the most convenient and could pick me up from...
I went to Top Driver because they were the first to offer online driving classes in Ohio. It seemed like everyone I knew went to Top Driver because it was the most convenient and could pick me up from school. All I needed to do my in car was complete 2 hours of the online driving course. The problem was they never sent me my username and password to use the site! After numerous phone calls and 10+ emails I still don't have my username and password. The women I spoke to on the phone was incredibly short with me and quite rude. Now I have to change my first in car a SECOND time because these people will not do something as simple as sending me an email that I should have gotten in the first place. My family paid way too much money to be having any problems and I highly suggest you avoid the stress and just take your business else where. We are on the verge of demanding a refund and going somewhere else.

Top Driver's classes were very educational and the teachers were nice, but I missed the last driving class because i was ill, they told me i would just have too retake the one class, but when i called too reschedule they told me i would have too take the whole course over again. When i signed up too retake the whole course, they told me the course has been cancelled because nobody enrolled for the course. I've gone through this almost four times now and i'm probably going too get a refund and go too Faith instead.

Good driving instructor, but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My daughter had a good instructor, but the customer service of this organization is awful. They rescheduled her classes for later than we originally scheduled them - over 3 weeks later! So that delayed her ability to get her license. Then they have not sent her certificate 3 weeks after she finished the class. And to top it all off the customer service person was EXTREMELY SNOTTY, UNCARING AND RUDE on the phone. Go somewhere else for your driving classes, these people don't deserve your business. I am making it my business to discourage people from using them!!! And I've never done a negative online review for any business previously. I am a consultant and if I did business like they do I wouldn't have any.
