I am giving this a bad rating because of the instructor. I have not taken a class with them. But I was driving behind them. They were in front of me on a 1 lane road. When they got to the stop sign the student put on the turn signal but didn't do anything for a minute. Just sat there at the stop sign (meaning they were blocking myself and a few others). I honked at them to move. The instructor decided to flip me off. So i would not recommend sending your kids to this school if they are willing to display that type of behavior in front of a child. If your black Faith Driving School is not the place for you. I really noticed a huge difference in the way the owner treated and spoke to blacks than whites. I had a terrible experience at Faith and it only lasted three hours. Yesterday I did my in-cars with a tired instructor who fell asleep while I was driving. I found my self having to wake him up when the only options where left and right. Once my two hours ended my intructor went inside spoke to the owner in Arabic called me over and left. The owner began yelling at me and said I wasn't listening to the instructor and putting his car at risk. I was very shocked because I made sure I listened to EVERYTHING the instructor said which was mostly directions. The only thing that could possibly make him mad was maneuverability. I couldn't quite get the hang of it and he seemed to get frustrated. My mom came to pick me up and I told her what happened. She wanted to talk to the owner but before she could say anything he began yelling at my mom telling her I wasn't listening to the instructor. My mom began to raise her voice back demanding respect. He started making threats saying he was going to kick me out and not give us a refund. My mom tried calming him down and once he calmed down he offered us a deal. He said he was going to give us a full refund and we could go to another driving school. My mom agreed to that deal but the owner immediately changed the deal saying he was going to have to keep eighty dollars for the two hours of service and my mom reluctantly agreed. He began rummaging through papers and all of a sudden began raising his voice again. He said he doesn't have to give us a refund and was no longer gonna offer his services. My mom began to raise her voice back and thats when he decided to call the cops. The cops came and got both sides of the story. They told us we would unfortunately not get our money back because we signed a contract saying, in fine print, "no refund". The officers later told us to file a bad review and use the word of mouth to prevent others from experiencing what i've experienced. Read Less

My daughter had a wonderful experience here at Faith! She enjoyed her classroom instructor and appreciated all she learned. Equally, she liked both of her in-car instructors. I am very thankful to the owner as he bent over backwords to help arrange my daughter's in-cars to fit in their booked schedule as her permit was expiring and as promised, her certificate of completion was ready within a few days. We had a horrible experience with another driver's education school with my son, which cost double the price of Faith. We couldn't be more thrilled with Faith, the instructors, and the services we received! Thank you all for providing a quality program and service. Read Less

Just have to tell you, we had a great experience with Faith Driving School! We live on the North side of Columbus, but it was well worth the drive to Hilliard!  Our daughter received good classes, scored very well on the "final." We were as equally satisfied with the in-car sessions.  AMAZING price, best we have found, makes it worth the drive.  While she was doing her in-car for a couple of hours, we walked the Tuttle Mall, had dinner, did Father's Day shopping, it really wasn't so bad. This place seems like it isn't all that. But it has been family ran for years. Owners put their hard work in a lot. Staff is great and are very informative. This school has the cheapest prices in town. With that said, scheduling stuff is a little pain because everything is a month or two out, but it is worth the wait! We found this place through the school. It's a small store front with a few instructors. Owners are hands-on. The only beef I have with this place is that the in-car instructor "highly encouraged" my student driver to get up to legal speed as quickly as possible. I have had to combat this mentality and not sure if it will ever change. The idea of basically telling a teenager to floor it to get up to max speed seems ridiculous to me.The owner is accommodating and they're friendly enough. Overall, pretty fair. Read Less

The owner and his brother are extremely violent, bully and rude. They live in the USA with their original home country irresponsible mentality. They believe that they can bully people and get away without any accountability. The instructor did not give my daughter any hands-on experience during the eight hours in-car except that he let her drive in a parking lot. In order for them to give us the certificate, he asked my daughter and wife to sign that she has done all in-car driving, including driving in city streets and high ways. They refused to sign as nothing of these happened. He kicked them out of the school saying we do not have a certificate if you do not sign. Do not trust those bullies as they can hurt your kids during in-car hours. Read Less

After eight hours in cars, all what my daughter got, is driving in a parking lot. Before going to that school, I had her practice in residential areas therefore, she was prepared to drive, at least, in a countryside. My son went to another school and he got benefit from every minute of his in cars. Do not choose Faith Driving School because it is cheaper, you will get nothing! I definitely would not recommend Faith Driving to anybody. Read Less
