Went in to rent a car for a road test and the troll at the front desk was extremely rude. Called the day before and I got the same vibe from her then. Even with all the attitude, I managed to get a price for the rental. Upon explaining to her that the testing station will accept walk ins, she basically called me a lier. I call the testing station and the guy is willing to tell her the same thing, she refuses to talk to him THEN says I need an appointment with the school itself, which she failed to mention before. When I walked into the office before this interaction started, the look on her face told me I might have a problem. I'm guessing her problem is having to serve certain kinds of customers. But that's her problem. She won't get anywhere in life with an attitude like that. She's building up a lot of negative karma, and it WILL COME BACK TO GET YOU. Read Less
