Will never attemot to go here again! I left a voicemail after several attempts to get an answer for a week. Waited four days for a return phone call from a woman at the 330-244 number. This was the very beginning of April. I told her I would be attending the class scheduled today and she said that was fine. I asked every question that I should have including payment, times, location, and if I should bring anything else. So I scheduled a sitter from 730-530 as the class was scheduled 8-5 today. I took my girls to the sitters and went to the class. Didn't look like anyone was in the office when I pulled up at 750. So I called both numbers...no answer. Again. So I waited. 753...called and left a voicemail asking if the class was still going on, if we were at the right address though I was sure we were. No return call. 805...the doors hadn't been opened yet. I called the numbers again and a man FINALLY answered the phone. He said 'There will be no class today. We are not doing it for just one person. There will be another class the first Sunday in May.' No apology. No valid reason for a business that is supposed to be professional, not to call and let me know that it was cancelled. To top it all off, my daughters first birthday party was scheduled on May 6th6th (first Sunday in May) and now I will have to cancel it, plan another, tell our family members from out of town not to come, and send out new invitations! I have never dealt with a business as unprofessional as this and I am very disappointed.Read Less

VERY DISAPPOINTING. My daughter has completed all her classes and has given schedules for her in car lessons. We received a call from them saying the schedule were all messed up and he does not even know when she will take her in car lessons and he will call me back on Tuesday. I received no calls and I left 3 messages on their voice mail and no return calls. I have paid in full which I should not have. Read Less
