Not thrilled with the level of communication here. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone via phone. One of the drivers flaked before my sibling's lesson, and when my sib tried to reach out to him, the instructor did not pick up the phone, reply to the texts, or even call back at the end of the day. Lessons are also expensive. While the packages are cheaper, the issue is you must give them a lump sum of money in advance for lessons that you may or may not receive. Especially in our case, we had to go back and forth via phone and work to get our money back (which didn't happen), but I realize that this is something that wouldn't have happened if we were to have just paid in person per lesson. To be fair, it's not all bad. They give a thorough report of the driving to you after the actual class with good detail about what you might need to work on for the road test. I can't speak for the actual education as I haven't been a student directly, but unfortunately there was a lot of extra time wasted on the phone and money spent on less than what was promised.

they should not, because they promised me one thing and did another. The classes I had were in English, where the promised was in Spanish, as it was already marked to the test and needed the Drive continue. lack of commitment from you your free comment, I just want to remember that it was free because of another mistake of yours, because when I went to do the class of 5 hours, 2 times I could not do even having paid, so for I did not want my money back you did that. a lot of irresponsibility

Great company with very helpful people. Danielle was my instructor and truly helped me pass my road test. She is nice, funny and very helpful all of which calmed my nerves and made me pass. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to pass their road tests and deal with extremely helpful and competent people!!

Bob and Danielle are so nice (Delafield lication). Bob does the 5hr classes and he gives you advice, tips and so much useful information. He genuinely wants you to be safe and smart on the road. He's also very funny :) Danielle is super sweet and helpful, she works with your schedule and budget. She also lets you know of all the sales they are running. Great place. Great prices. But most importantly GREAT PEOPLE.

I want to share that I passed on my first try. I want to thank all the teachers who worked with me and we're so patient with me during my lessons. I had a final lesson before the test and the teacher was very informative and payed attention to all my mistakes and helped me to correct it. He also allowed to practice my parking the right way. I payed for 3 lessons and for me that was more than enough due to the fact that I was already practicing with my husband on my own time. But I took the lessons to brush up and make sure I drove the way it was expected on the test. Thank you island driving school and keep up the good work and great costumer service!!! Stay humble, concerned, and helpful!!

I came here to help with all of my driving license needs. Started with talking to the owner and manager Burnadette and Danielle who were very warm, welcoming and kind. They set me with Debbie, Danielle's assistant, who made sure I had driving lessons that worked w.my schedule as well as an instructor who was beyond professional and even fun to have teach me considering I was nervous behind the wheel. But, after dealing w.this school I enjoyed my lessons, got my 5 hr course which felt like a 5 minute class considering the instructor was a lot of fun, and finally, got my license. Would not recommend anywhere else. Debbie, as well as everyone else involved through this school, was an angel for walking through this process w.me. Island Driving School is the best Driving School on this Island!

Loved this driving school. Took a couple lessons before my test and I aced it!!!! The instructors are extremely nice and helpful. Laura and Denise are amazing. Also Debbie always called me to remind me of every detail of every class and for my road test as well. Love the staff here. Highly recommend it

Not thrilled with the level of communication here. It's very difficult to get in touch with anyone via phone. One of the drivers flaked before my sibling's lesson, and when my sib tried to reach out to him, the instructor did not pick up the phone, reply to the texts, or even call back at the end of the day. I want to share that I passed on my first try. I want to thank all the teachers who worked with me and we're so patient with me during my lessons. I had a final lesson before the test and the teacher was very informative and payed attention to all my mistakes and helped me to correct it. He also allowed to practice my parking the right way. I payed for 3 lessons and for me that was more than enough due to the fact that I was already practicing with my husband on my own time.
