I had a great experience with Mr. Reagan. He was patient, understanding and very clear with his teaching concepts. I learned a lot and got my license on first try.

We were pleased with the experience we had for our son completing Drivers Ed. with Mr. Reagan. Mr. Reagan did a great job explaining concepts and doing one-on-one driving. Sherry

We had two sessions. The first was fine but the second session really showed his true colors. Poor experience.

We decided to use Carolina Driving School for our teen daughter after it was highly recommended to us by a friend of ours. Bill was very accommodating between mine and my teen's busy schedules. You get what you pay for within the school system, which is why we chose to look for a privately owned driving school. His directions were clear and concise for the in-class and driving portions of the course, (which is why I was quite surprised by the other reviews, but I suppose not everyone is capable of following directions). Bill was very flexible with his schedule; we decided to complete more than the six hour minimum of driving time, so our daughter could have more time practicing with a professional. Our daughter also commented that Bill was very patient. We greatly appreciated this, due to her being a bit nervous in the car. Our experience with Carolina Driving School was wonderful, and we plan to keep using his services for our other two children in the years to come. Read Less

I don't normally write reviews on businesses but for this particular business I thought it necessary to do so. While the course itself is applicable to North Carolina law and most of the students passed her permit test the first time it is probably the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. While applying for the course it took several days to get a reply back just to get my child scheduled and signed up for the course. After the written portion of the course we were told the grades whether it be a pass or fail would be available within a day . This however was not the case it took almost a week and multiple phone calls and emails in order to get the results of the test . When I did finally receive an email back confirming that my child did pass the written portion it was a three worded email . The email it's self and I quote this from the email it's self " a pathetic 73 ". That is all that the email enclosed nothing for the student needs to study or the student pass the students failed I had to review and do my own research to determine whether or not my child past. Which she did pass It would just seem that a business that is been in business for over 30 years would be a little better and a lot more professional than to send an email such as that to a 15-year-old The website says pick up and drop off but I had to take my student to every class every time which is not an issue and was easily done with the help of family and friends but if a business advertises pick up and delivery of the students you would think that it would do it And from the instructors words himself only about 50% of the students pass the test the first time I understand we're dealing with teenagers but it is a driving permit test if the instructor is doing his job with his classroom portion then it should be about 80% passing and the other 20% would be from students not starting a 50% passing rate is a reflection of the instructor so in keeping with the mind of the instructor and email I received for the pathetic 73 I give them a pathetic one star Have a good day Read Less
