I wish I could do 0 stars. Our school system needs to work with a different company because the organization of this one is dreadful and a disservice to our kids. I've been told so many stories and promises that I have no idea what happened with our situation, but no one takes responsibility. We finally went with a private driver at LKN Driving Academy and would definitely recommend others do the same if NC Driving School is used for your child's school system.

Refuse to answer the phone , whether you call them while they are at the schools or not. Never return voice mails. My child has went to the drivers instructor repeatedly to try and sign up for drivers...
Refuse to answer the phone , whether you call them while they are at the schools or not. Never return voice mails. My child has went to the drivers instructor repeatedly to try and sign up for drivers training only to be turned away. Spoke to management finally, only to basically be told I'm lying about the situation. I just want these people to know that what goes around comes around. It's hard enough trying to help your child through everything they need done and stuff when you're an OTR driver and this place makes this necessity impossible!!!

This company contract with our local school system and they SUCK. they put our flyers and information that is conflicting then are not flexible or willing to correct the issue. One place on the flyer reads 11-3 then somewhere else 7:45 to 2:30. Even the school administrators that I spoke with, understands the flyer is confusing about the class time but was helpless to correct the problem.

My daughter took the classroom portion of the class through Guilford Co Schools in June. Driving supposed to be scheduled by instructor within 30-90 days of class. Have heard absolutely nothing. Called school: There is absolutely no oversight of instructors. None. Gal took my message and was going to follow-up with instructor and return my call. It's been over a week and nothing. This school is proving to be completely unreliable, with instructors of questionable quality, and it would appear that the experience may have been a complete waste of my daughter's time. No wonder so many parents pay for private instruction.

No one answers the phone. Drive over, the place is closed. No one returns my phone call. Trying to find time between two jobs to pick up my daughters eligibility certificate is challenge enough without them being completely unavailable during my multiple attempts. NOT HAPPY.

I wish I could do 0 stars. Our school system needs to work with a different company because the organization of this one is dreadful and a disservice to our kids. I've been told so many stories and promises that I have no idea what happened with our situation, but no one takes responsibility. We finally went with a private driver at LKN Driving Academy and would definitely recommend others do the same if NC Driving School is used for your child's school system.
