I passed my driving test with Coach Brown. I have had very good driving classes with Coach Brown, he is a very patient, helpful and professional driving instructor. He gives clear and practical instructions and he also helped me to improve my weaknesses in driving. Coach Brown took me to DMV and also allowed me using his car for the test which gave me lots confidence and feel most comfortable in the test. If I could give zero stars I would. Did not have a good experience and had to pay upfront. These people do not care if you learn to drive or not, they are a for profit business. The coach had no patience at all and was yelling and screaming and crashing down on the breaks. He talked and treated me as if I was suppose to already know things, which I did not. Treated me like I was stupid. I was anxious and nervous to drive and just wanted to quit and go home. I did not have a good experience with Coach Brown or Coach Brooks. My friend made an appointment too and she had an awful experience as well. These men are too old to be teaching driving. I don’t even know how they got good reviews on here. It was because of the reviews why I contacted this place. Total fraud. I guess I was very unlucky. Wish I spent my $90 for a two hour lesson elsewhere. Did not even get an apology, follow up or anything. How can coach brown refer me to an even more terrible person, coach Brooks. Coach Brown is the best!!!...He is punctual, friendly and professional at his work as well...He let you use his car and give specific instructions on what's expected to get the license and all the best practices for you to be a safe driver...I would recommend to my friends and colleagues!!! I can't say how grateful I am to have found such a great and budget friendly instructor! I'm 29 years old and finally got my license after years and years of fear and procrastination! He puts you right in the drivers seat first day so no money wasted . He is friendly and punctual. I swear he made the impossible possible for me. After 2 1/2 session the other 1/2 taking my license test ! I got them the first try . Two weeks later , I have a car and I'm moving and flying all around Greensboro! He made me feel very uncomfortable over the phone. I was trying to set up an appointment to take the driving course but then he flipped out on me saying it's not gonna work out then hung up on me. Coach Brown, is hands down, the best driving instructor in Greensboro. He not only has a great sense of humor, but is patient and makes you feel extremely comfortable behind the wheel. After only 3 two hour lessons with Coach Brown, my confidence has increased leaps and bounds. He even drives you to the DMV to get your license and lets you use his car to take the road test. For many years, I thought getting a drivers license was for me, some unobtainable feat, but with Coach Brown's help, I was able to obtain my license in only four days.
