This program was an entirely complete was of my time and energy. I took the class and BTW at Leesville Road High School and both of the teachers I encountered were both overly terrible. The class teacher just flipped through the pages on the online program and constantly told us that none of it would be on the test, most of it was on the test and very few were prepared for it. The Behind the Wheel driver is straight up rude and annoying she tells us to do something and expects us to know exactly what that means when we learned nothing about it in the classroom portion. The BTW teacher only yells and complains about what we're doing instead of trying to help us understand what she's wanting us to do. Her job is to teach us, and yet she expects us to know everything. She also made me have a full on emotional breakdown the second I got out of the car and turned away to walkover to my mom. She's the worst person I've ever meet in my life and I wouldn't wish her or this school upon Hitler. Read Less

I work for Jordan Driving School and I can speak for the professional individuals that I work with at Panther Creek and and Green Hope. We are very professional, do return calls, make our students feel good about their driving experience. There will always be a few in any organization that fall slightly below the high standards set. I enjoy teaching students how to drive and have fun doing it. Read Less

(At Cardinal Gibbons High School) Teachers are rude and unprofessional. Additionally, kids are to stay in a three hour class every day after school from 3:30-6:30, and they are only offered a 5 minute break during the entire time. They are not allowed to eat anything or drink anything in the classroom (even water), no excuses (even sickness). Phones are not allowed, not even during the break. Having a different tab open (even during break) than the drivers ed tab is claimed to be ‘grounds for dismissal’. Resources are extremely outdated both online and literal textbook based. Calls and emails are not returned in a timely manner. And none of these things are explained ANYWHERE on their website. TL;DR: Horrible. Read Less

Extreme lack of communication and (as other customers have noted) they've bitten off more than they can chew via Wake Public Schools. Returning your phone calls and emails take weeks and info will change according to whom you speak with--all extremely frustrating. Jordan is quick to sign your teen up for the in-class portion of driving lessons but getting your teen behind the wheel is an entirely different matter. My daughter waited 9 months after she'd passed the class portion before we just gave up. When they finally got their you-know-what together, they wanted my teen behind-the-wheel with 5 other non-experienced drivers in the car. This defeats the purpose of driving lessons. Do I want my teen to be driven around by inexperienced drivers? Absolutely not. Do I want her to drive other people's kids around before she knows what she's doing? Nope. We will be going elsewhere in the future. Read Less

I've went above what I could do to get assigned to the driving portion and never got assigned. I even talked to my counselor just to see if she had my paper work and if they actually sent it over. I've seen kids 14-15 getting assigned, and I turn 18 in less than 4 months. I took the class all the way back in December and still when she sent my paperwork over they failed to assign me to a class. Pathetic. I never took the driving portion and I probably won't, because they're not going to assign me to a class. Now I'm forced to go to another driving school. It's impossible to get in contact with anyone. Read Less

Absurd. It takes well over 2 weeks to get a response from anyone. My employer would have my head if I didn't respond to emails for 2 weeks. Yes, this is the subsidized option for Wake County students, and it is inexpensive. However, if your teen has any extracurricular activities, the Jordan Schedule will not work for you, and it takes 3+ months to get behind the wheel, once the classroom training is done. If you are capable of doing so, suggest going the private school route. I think Jordan has bitten off more than they can chew. If their employees can't respond to emails or phone calls within 2-3 business days, they are in over their heads. Read Less
