I thought going through the state would be quick and easy. Setting up my first private adult lesson didnt go so well it took almost two weeks after they charged me for me to meet my instructor for the first lesson. The actual lesson went really well so I wanted to pay for more. I had to call 3 different offices just to set it up and everyone treated me like I was stupid and were very rude and disrespectful. I finally managed to get a hold of the right person and they charged me for another lesson. Then a week passed by and no one ever called me to set up the lesson. So I called them and they told me it would more than 3 weeks before I could actually have my lesson because even though I already paid them, my lessons didnt matter as much and I had to wait for them to fit me into their schedule. I was so fustrated at this point that I asked for a refund. Which I had to call another 3 different places just for that and then someone called to harass me about the scheduling issue and were very rude to me again. I will never go through these people again or reccommend them to anyone, state run be damned. They are unprofessional, rude and only care about money and not the student if they are adults. They tell you schedule is flexible but thats because they go off whats convient for them and not whats helpful to the student. All students should be treated eaually and with some respect, adult or otherwise. Awful, just awful. Read Less
