Thank you Branch's for helping me. At 26 I hadn't yet gotten my license for a variety of reasons and I was nervous about doing this so late in life. I gained a lot of knowledge and confidence from Joe and because of him I got a perfect score on my road test. I am now a licensed driver! I had my first lesson ever today and it was with John. I was really nervous and scared but John was there to talk me through it. He gave me the confidence i needed to find in myself and i know with him as my instructor I will get my license and continue to do great things. I agree with others that Joe is an excellent instructor although I had just one lesson with him. My complaint is about the lady in the office. I bought the $170 package that includes a road test rental, paid my money in advance online. I had to reschedule my road test twice because the first time I was not ready, the second time I had other things coming up. Anyhow, suddenly I was told that there will be no vehicle for me on the date I having my road test because I did not ac...knowledge them I rescheduled. I did not because there's no information about it on the website and the first time I rescheduled they somehow knew!? All it says on the website is that the package includes a road test rental so I'd assume they can manage to give me a car on whichever date I take the test. They did not offer refund so I thought ok, learned my lesson the hard way. BUT, when I kindly offer my suggestion that they should make it clear on the website that customer should call their office in advance about rescheduling and stuff like that, the lady said "It's common sense." Also, in her exact word "You are a college student. You don't know. This is how we do business. We don't check our website and telling customer what to do." So I am a college student and I don't have common sense??? And you are making money out of people like me?! Thanks her for telling me how cruel "real world" business works!
