As a customer, I rarely leave one star on businesses unless I had absolute reason to go out of my way to write an extensive report from my experience, but this particular business merits my honest opinion. The lady that picks up the phone which I would later assume is the boss of the entire business. For reasons unknown she has difficulties speaking proper English. Her speech impediment possibly from a stroke made it painstakingly hard to understand her prices. I thought as long as she was not THE instructor that I would be obtaining my driving lessons from the money was worth. I was wrong. I had lessons from a rather nice man named Charles at first. He was pretty cool and spoke in perfectly understandable English. I have no complaints from Charles. However the car that was used for all my lessons was a complete piece of trash. Not even joking. It looked extensively used from the outside as I'm pretty sure the paint was flaking off, the inside was extremely messy with papers, napkins, random receipts and other gross rips and stains. Yet the biggest issue of all was the fact that the steering wheel was loose. It was unaligned and personally threw me off because I was use to driving on normal securely mounted steering wheels. The rest of the lessons was given by the Boss lady, I dont know why she replaced Charles but her speech impediment in my opinion makes a horrible driving instructor. The lessons would be an hour long and she would be texting at times. I often find myself asking her to repeat herself atleast once or twice due to this speech barrier. I ultimately failed my driving test and she had no problem asking me to fork up a hundred something more for a retake. In the end, aside from my own honest mistakes during the test. I feel if you want your money well spend and actually have a smooth transition with a smooth instructor, dont pick this particular lady with the speech impediment to guide you through your driving. This was an honest review not meant to drive away her business or anything, and we're all just trying to make a living in the end of the day. But I felt like everyone else stumbling upon this place from online should really think about the consequences of spending your money on someone that is suppose to give you instructions, and not have us questioning whether we heard the instructor properly because she cannot speak proper English to her students. The class was ok. The instructor could not speak clearly which confuse me when she gave directions. The things I did not like, For example the car was too dirty from inside, she cant speak right, and thats all. The good things are she was very patient with me, she grades you after, she gives tips for how to drive better. It was an ok class Read Less
