My brother and sister went here and took their road test and fail the same day they said the instructors are really mean 😞 i just got my permit☺ and i wanna give it a try to see if ill pass but humm? This company is a lifesaver. I had to get my license before I took the MTA subway motorman exam. I had gone with another company... they will not be named. However, the previous company did not provide the services I paid for and I had to scramble to get another company. This is where AAAA came in, within a month they got me my license. People here are helpful in person, but not on phone. Instructors are generally okay, but it doesn't guarantee that you will pass. Some instructors stress one, thing more than the other but no one gives you a complete package. Do not expect to pass in one go if you have not driven for few months and are out of practice. Do not rely on instructors only, go by the book, for example some will not notice you never look at speedometer until the dmv examiner points out. Last two times one of the reasons I failed was bcz I used my own brand new car for test, and it's acceleration and breaks are too good, but I practiced on school's old car where we had to hit the breaks and gas hard, i was not used to new car so drove it extremely cautiously and awkwardly. This time I paid the school for car and lesson so I could use same car in test that I use for practice, but they changed the car and sent a white car whose break required extremely hard hit, I lost point's for not reducing speed to the limit, and the I was fighting the new car throughout the test and couldn't control the vehicle like I controlled the car I was used to, so no use expecting to drive same car and having more chances to pass on a vehicle I was used to. When you get something you are not used to on a test, there is more chance you loose at least 10-15 more points for vehicle control and maneuvering and your chances to pass become low. Read Less
