Getting a license was long over due for me.  I've been practicing on and off for 22 years (mostly off)  and was beginning to develop a pretty strong fear of driving.  I decided to sign up for the lessons and the five hour course through Fresh Green Light, simply because I liked the way their cars looked, the website is very user friendly and their approach is fresh in general.  I took lessons with both David and Katie and both of them were phenomenal instructors.  The lessons are thorough and intensive, but everything is done at just the right pace.  I felt very prepared for the road test.   I am much more comfortable behind the wheel, and managed to pass the road test on the first try. A++! Cool looking facility. Owners and staff are wonderful, and the driving coaches were all very good. The cars are brand new and have a great look. Convenient and helpful! The staff at the driving school and in the cars during the behind-the-wheel lessons are very courteous and helpful. I took the 7 1/2 hour package because I never drove before and was a bit intimidated, especially since I was going to learn in Manhattan and Rye NY. My instructor was Nick and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and has a great sense of humor. I always felt that he and the school were personally invested in my success. They always communicated with me in a timely manner to confirm my lesson and feedback on my class. I passed my road test on my first try thanks to Nick.
