This is the worst driving school I have ever seen. The professional driver is very discourteous. He used the front of my house for his drivers to practice their parallel parking and K-turns. I saw the drivers twice knock my plastic poles in the yard down and he denied it after I raced out and tried to talk to him. He told his other trainee to get in the car and drove off quickly. He knew he was wrong because he left his hat on the ground and it is now in my garbage can. Read Less

Mitchell is an awesome instructor. I took three 90 minute driving lessons and the 45 minute brush up lesson before the road test. I give much credit to Mitchell for boosting up the confidence in me, for the small yet very useful tips, for the feedback after each lesson and really appreciate his passionate way of teaching. Rochelle was a patient and kind driving instructor who was always in an upbeat and positive mood who helped me learn how to kturn and parallel park properly in no time! I read the review about the office staff being rude. I just called to book for my granddaughter. I found the young lady to be extremely helpful. She went over the plans many times for me. She was very clear what would take place and never once was rude or tried to rush me. Thank you for you help and we are going with the lessons. I am giving it one star for the following: 1) My friend was able to pass her road test this week after three attempts and two driving schools. Despite this really good news: 2) The people that work here are extremely rude. Whenever my friend called the person that would pick up would be rude to her. I believe her name is Shani. She is always rude when you call. If you're gonna be rude, don't work assisting customers. 3) Every time my friend had a scheduled class, she would be expecting whomever it said would be her instructor for that occasion. All three times the instructor who came to pick her up was not the person it said on the email she received. This induced anxiety on her. If a certain instructor is coming to pick a student up DON'T change it. It is annoying to some of us. As a female, she felt more comfortable having another female instructor. 4) On two different occasions, the instructors were late and tried cutting her time short. 5) She had an instructor who told her that the majority of the reviews on here are FAKE(wtf! moment) and that random people friends with employees here give this place good reviews to boost their credibility around the neighborhood. In addition, this same instructor came to pick her up for her road test and was trash talking another instructor she had previously. She felt really uncomfortable hearing a very unprofessional employee trash talk his co-worker(who she thought was actually helping her pass the road test unlike this instructor). If I was the owner of this place, I would really make sure the people that work for me are actually good people. I'm glad my friend will be getting her licence soon and she doesn't have to deal with these people ever again. I suggest to all of you, STAY AWAY!!! and go somewhere else with your money!! Read Less

I took my first road test by myself and got 70 points. Then my friend recommend this school to me. And after two months, I passed my road test with 10 points, for the instructor told me every single tip that I should perform during the test. Best part is, the school helped me find a vacancy one day before my learning permit expired, which I couldn't find on DMV website. Also they followed up after the test, telling me that I should be very careful in the first six months. In general, the experiences with ABC are very pleasant and meaningful. Read Less

I got 70 points for the first time without any lesson. And my friend recommend ABC driving school to me. It's really good! The instructor taught me all the tips to pass the road test. I would definitely recommend ABC School of Driving. I worked with 4 different instructors and they were all good, but Jyoti is the best. She's very experienced, and will help you feel relaxed and safe. Jyoti provides detailed instructions and feedback. She even gave me a list of steps to memorize for parallel parking and is a very pleasant person to work with. Dave and Johnny are helpful instructors too.ABC will always call you the day before to remind you about appointments.I worked with another school in the Rochester area, but had the best experience with ABC. Of the school's in the area, ABC has the nicest website. They're the only school which lists all their prices upfront and provide online ordering. Read Less

I took the 5hr class (pre license course), the one requireed for the roadtest, the was great. I was really dreading sitting in a class for 5 hours, but the class was very informative. The class was not boring at all. The instructor was able to relate the course to me and that really helped. The 5 hour class did not seem like 5 hours, the time just flew by. I would highly recommend ABC SCHOOL OF DRIVING over the other schools. When i discussed the lecture with my friends who had taken it from other schools, they were suprised how much more i learned. They comment was ""I should have gone there, I learned nothing at mine."" Everyone needs to go to ABC SCHOOL OF DRIVING. Read Less
