I took a package of driving classes at Super Marios. He is a very patient and excellent instructor.He was very flexible with my schedule changing and helped me conquer my anxiety at intersections.I had trouble double parking and he also helped me master my parking.I passed the roadtest with flying colors.I took the defensive driving class there too and I recommend it to everyone in NYCThanks Super Mario! Me and my wife we are not  from here, she already knows how to drive , actually I taught her how to do it, since she was not feeling secure taking the driving test, even after driving more than 10 years back home, I decided to book two classes for her, The OWNER is so unprofessional, told her she will not pass the test, also I am not going to pass if I m the one who teach her how to drive.  He kept repeating on and on the same thing for 2 consecutive classes to someone who he doesn't have to teach how to drive just only give some tips to pass the test,  I think he is so unhappy and frustrated so he's going  to put everything on you while taking classes. anyway the bottom part of the story is we both passed the test not thank to him, I borrowed a car from one of my friends and I Drive with her to make her feel more secure. Rip off! Paid over 300 dollars and didn't learn anything. He gave me 2 classes yelled at me while I was driving.  As a young naive first time driver I was extremely uninformed, I wish I would've known better and demanded a refund. Went there to renew my registration. Everyone there was super nice and friendly. I had my registration done the next day. I also took the defensive driving course there. Mario is a great teacher I learned some new things I wasn't aware of and the class wet by fast. Read Less

The 2nd time I took the defensive driving course at this school. I paid the money and at the end of class had to remind the owner to make photo copies of our licenses when we handed in the forms. He took our information but never submitted the papers to the DMV. I went in person to speak with the Owner Mario, who conducts the 5 hour course and he denied that my grandfather and I were ever in his class!?! Yet I had receipt of payment, so the excuse changed that we never handed in our exams. Again he made copies of our IDs (found our forms?) and advised it would take up to 2 weeks for us to receive our certificates in the mail. Weeks went by and still no adjustment with our insurance. I contacted the DMV and was advised no paperwork received. So again they never submitted our papers or did anything except take our money! What trusting business professional would do this? I complained to my insurance company who advised I take the course over somewhere else and in turn report this school to the better business burough. My wife went to this school. The instructor held his foot on the break the entire time my wife pacticed. She was unable to get an actual feel for driving the vehical. When she asked him to let up on the break so she could practice he told he was doing as instructed by the owner. When my wife went to take the test, the instructor exited the car handed her the keys after activating the alram. He then started to walk down the road, far down the road. When my wife and the examiner went to enter the vehical, the alram went off and my wife and the examiner were unable to turn off the alarm. After 5 minutes the instructor returned to the car to turn the alram off. Needllees to say my wife did not pass the test. When we went in Mario informed us that he would not refund her money as he felt had she passed we would not have complained. So if you have money to throw away and don't care about how you are treated, then by all means use this driving school. Read Less
