I called Sam's Auto School so I can take the 5 hour class, lessons, and a car for the road test. The 5 Hour Class is on Wednesdays from 5-10pm. The instructor, John made it very interesting. After getting my certificate, I took the lessons with Chris as my instructor. I highly recommend her. She is very patient. All of the school's cars are Nissan Versas. The steering on them is fluid so 3-point turns and parallel parking should be a breeze. The only issue is that their pedals are super sensitive so be careful not to press on them too hard. I scheduled my road test in Laurelton which is known for passing people. On the day of the road test, they want you to arrive an hour and 30 minutes before the test so they can drive you to the site and go over what the examiner is looking for. My test was at 9am so we went to the road test site by 8am. They start the tests at 8:30am and the line moves by 4 car spaces so you'll get there relatively quick if the line is not long when you get there. Once 9am hit, I was next. If you get the short, old black lady, you're screwed. She is known for being impatient, rude, and failing people on the spot if you make a minor error. As soon as I saw her face, I knew she was in a bad mood. When I said good morning to her, she said hello in an unenthusiastic manner and it was obvious that she was impatient. The instructor kept complaining that my turns were too slow and wanted me to do them quickly. I told her that if I did that, I would overshoot the turn. She said she didn't care and just wanted the test to be over. I did what she said and made a wide turn which costed me 5 points. There was a narrow road and she made me pull over and do a U-Turn. She will trick you by telling you to make a U-Turn so make sure to do a 3-point turn. Thankfully, my turn was perfect. Immediately after, she will make you pull over next to a car nearby and parallel park. Just like my 3-point turn, my parallel parking was perfect. She will then take you back to the site and ask you to pull over. Instead of the tiny white slips, she was writing on a yellow piece of paper and I saw that I had 15 points off. She told me that my license would come in 2 weeks and didn't respond when I said thank you. I highly suggest using Sam's Auto School to learn how to drive and to take the 5 hour class. Read Less
