DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT take classes with the female instructor. She is extremely unprofessional and is not interested in teaching. She was on the phone for a majority of my lessons and once even had me drive to run errands for her. I later learned that someone I knew took classes with her and had a bad experience, as well. 1 stars because Google did not allow for me to give them no stars, but they deserve nothing from my end. This place is HORRIBLE!! This place should not be in business. No education here, this place is a rip off!! I honestly think there are no instructors here! This is a family business of scam artist, where everyone thinks they can teach. The lady Devi is a disaster she is on the phone while doing practices with students. I never ever had such a bad experience with a driving school. This school is lucky people have not reported them to the department of motor vehicles, and consumer affairs. But I will be reporting them!! This is the one place I honestly hope they go out of business!! They are a joke and don't deserve to be in business. i am a very cautious driver and I tend to get nervous under pressure on the road. I took lessons with Davie and she not only taught me valuable techinques, but she also helped reassure me and helped me gain confidence as a driver. I took my roadtest today and I had 2 other people who also took lessons with executive driving school, and all 3 of us passed with flying colors!!! :) I highly recommend this driving school to all my friends and I hope you will too! It's unfortunate that this place has made me write such a negative review. Starting from the secretary to the drivers instructor there are very rude and unprofessional. Not only was my driver instructor on her phone and texting the whole lesson but the front desk admin didn't give me full information on prices. Not only was I misinformed but was told " it's on our wall " you can't see? The instructor her self was very rude and had sarcastic behavior , constantly raising her voice. On the day of my road test police had to be involved because she tried to kick me out the car and not refund me my full amount paid.She was upset because I wasn't there at 8:45 am when the secretary told me to be there at 9 and when the day before instructor told me herself to be there at 10. The day before I waited 45 mins to get a lesson which wasn't la lesson more like driving around her student around to get papers signed . Not to mention when I called to know what was going on with my 10 am lesson and explained I was there since 9:30 instructors reply was " well not my fault you were early" I said be there by 10:15 or so. Never an apology after arriving 10;45 for a 10:00 AM lesson. I've never written a review at all and I'm sadden it had to be a negative one but I had to WARN people about this place ! I had a very great experience with executive driving school. They are very professional and have excellent customer service. Davi is very knowledgeable, patient, and a excellent instructor. With her guiding me I passed my road test the first time around. I am glad I selected executive driving school. They have prepared me for the road and I would like to thank them all for everything. I would recommend Executive Driving School to everybody. They make learning to drive fun. I learn so much from my instructor. Easy technique and Calm environment. She is down to earth and very encouraging. The bonus of it all was she came and pick me up all the way in Jamaica,queens. I called many schools and they told me it was too far. This place is HORRIBLE !! I had a instructor named Devi and she was so unprofessional. She was constantly on the phone, yelling at her daughter and her employees. She ran errands during my time such a filing gas in the car, picking up coffee and picking up random passengers. She hardly paid any attention on my driving nor did she give me any tips prior to my road test. She belittles people in front of you and she treated me at times the same way. Please avoid this place at all times. Oh, and their safety videos are so outdated. When I asked the receptionist why am I seeing videos related to trucks, she said "well it's part of it" RIP OFF !!
