Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Instructor seemed drugged. Office manager hung up on me. They charge unreasonable fees and make up rules as they go. Wanted to reschedule a lesson due to heavy rain. Was told that it wasn't raining and that there will be a $30 fee. There is nothing on my receipt about a fee for rescheduling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The school takes short-cuts on the education they provide students, and are unwilling to stand behind delivering the services customers purchase. Anthony Cairo in the Patchogue office is rude and evasive (When I voiced my complaint about the school he was hesitant to give me his last name and asked why I needed it!). Very condescending towards the students who seek their services. Do not recommend and strongly advise others against this school.

If you want to pass your road test choose this school!! Ive had my fair share of instructors and I never felt 100% confident to drive until I took lessons from this school. If you want to pass your test and and want to know how to drive please request Valerie!! Hands down the best instructor. She is funny and very knowledgeable. You will feel comfortable with her on the road and guaranteed will pass your road test if you follow her instructions.

My daughter needed lessons after getting her permit. I didn't have time or patience or brake pedal on the passenger side ! LolWe bought a package of 9 lessons and were very happy. Rick was her instr...
My daughter needed lessons after getting her permit. I didn't have time or patience or brake pedal on the passenger side ! LolWe bought a package of 9 lessons and were very happy. Rick was her instructor and was always polite and helped her. Not only did she get the driving lessons-but they came and picked her up for her road test! Success!Thanks All-Suffolk !

Used them for the 5 hour pre licensing course. Great easy to get to location and Pat was an excellent instructor. Very professional, Highly recommend.

I just passed my driving test!! Thankful for having Valerie my driving instructor.i could say that she is excellent teacher! She gives actual driving tips. Shes very patient! Good communicator.she makes your weaknesses becomes your strength at the end of each lesson and be confident on the day of your road test! Highly recommended Valerie! 5 star for Valerie! Commending Pat for a good 5 hour driving course as well.

I wouldn't recommend this place. It is very expensive and unfortunately the instructors are not very friendly or nice. At least that gives you practice for dealing with the road test people. They don'...
I wouldn't recommend this place. It is very expensive and unfortunately the instructors are not very friendly or nice. At least that gives you practice for dealing with the road test people. They don't teach you any actual driving, just what you need to know for the test ie parallel parking with a ton of space, 3 point turn and how to exaggerate looking around at intersections.

Pat gave an EXCELLENT 5 hour class yesterday- His teaching method is outstanding & very animated...;-) . He KNOWS the laws of the road thru and thru - as well as the ins and outs of the road test itself. He is a well seasoned instructor in every aspect of what you will need to prepare yourself for the test. I especially recommend young people to ask for PAT's class...;-).

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Instructor seemed drugged. Office manager hung up on me. They charge unreasonable fees and make up rules as they go. Wanted to reschedule a lesson due to heavy rain. Was told that it wasn't raining and that there will be a $30 fee. There is nothing on my receipt about a fee for rescheduling. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The school takes short-cuts on the education they provide students, and are unwilling to stand behind delivering the services customers purchase. Anthony Cairo in the Patchogue office is rude and evasive (When I voiced my complaint about the school he was hesitant to give me his last name and asked why I needed it!). If you want to pass your test and and want to know how to drive please request Valerie!! Hands down the best instructor. She is funny and very knowledgeable. You will feel comfortable with her on the road and guaranteed will pass your road test if you follow her instructions.

My daughter needed lessons after getting her permit. I didn't have time or patience or brake pedal on the passenger side ! LolWe bought a package of 9 lessons and were very happy. I wouldn't recommend this place. It is very expensive and unfortunately the instructors are not very friendly or nice. At least that gives you practice for dealing with the road test people. They don't teach you any actual driving, just what you need to know for the test ie parallel parking with a ton of space, 3 point turn and how to exaggerate looking around at intersections.
