My son took his driving test here and failed because the car they gave him to use for the test had a broken windshield wiper. He never even drove the car. How do you fail at something you didn't do. He has to now wait to take it over again. Read Less

This morning, my sister called inquiring about a number to be called to register for HHH East driver's education class. Insteado of politely informing that he doesn't know that information, he rudely responds with , "I wouldn't know that answer. This is a driver's school. We don't deal with any of that stuff. How would you expect me to know that? ... etc etc" Granted, it's 845 am, but you not being a morning person should never show in your place of work. He took the time out to be condescending in other ways, but I'm too pissed at his lack of manners. On an almost daily basis I have this company practicing parallel parking in front of my house and BLOCKING my driveway!! Seeing how bad people drive here on long island, they must have learned from this company. Pretty sure it's not legal to park in front of/block a driveway anyway Read Less

They cancelled six times on me. The instructor Josie told me I had a "0%" chance of passing, and I passed. She also told me I had a 90% chance of getting in an accident even though I'm a good driver, really discouraging. And each lesson cost me 75$ biggest waste of money.Read Less

Sent my son there for lessons. I am very disappointed at this driving school. I requested consistent weekly lessons as I feel this is the best way to learn. Lessons were anything but consistent. Wasted a lot of time here. I'll be going elsewhere for sure Read Less

Absolutely rude and unprofessional . We were not more than 5 minutes late for the 5 hour class on Wednesdays. Got there at 4:35 instead of 4:30 and they would not let us sit for the class. The frustrated with her depressed life hag teaching the class waved her hand and said NO YOUR LATE I PUT THE MONEY BOX AWAY.worst attitude. Well thanks for being considerate and understanding lady.Drove 45 mins in rushhour to be turned away for being 5 minutes late. Wouldnt recommend this place AT ALL. Read Less

I had to take the lame 5 hour pre-licensing course, and this happened to have some of the more convenient times (Wednesday 430-930) and was close(ish) to home. Now, I don't think you can spice up the course...it's boring. NYS is insane, and you should have to take the course BEFORE you get your permit, but I digress.Aleyshia Taylor, the instructor, had great little anecdotes about the material. But basically you sit there for 5 boring hours going through the information that is contained in the manual for $55. The videos shown are from the early 80's. I mean, CARLY SIMON was in the video. I don't even think the younguns in the room had any idea who she is! Again, this is the only course I've taken, but if Fitz wants to be hip, he best look for some more recent videos, or NYS needs to get on their shiznit. Their pricing for courses looks on par with every other driving school, but if I head back for lessons, I'll be sure to update this review. Read Less

I used this school to help me learn some driving and to get my license. They were wonderful, they offer many convenient lesson times, they offer the five hour course, they offer the chance to take the road test in their driving vehicle. The instructor who worked with me was very nice and very honest. I actually have to hone my driving skills since I haven't driven in a few months so I'm using them again for some extra lessons even though I already have my license. Read Less

I took my daughter here. The instructer told her not to worry about her seatbelt because it was broke. He told her it is not a big deal. I was shocked. I called the school and the woman who answered the phone was so rude. I told her my daughter would no longer be going to Fitzgerald driving school. We spoke to someone at All Suffolk Auto School in medford and they are so nice. They told me fitzgerald driving school was charging me way to much for what they offered. I called to try to get my money back and the woman said good luck with that. I said how do you stay in business and she hung up on me. Read Less
