It's hard for me to decide on what to give this place. On one hand, I passed my road test the first time around. On the other hand, working with this school was incredibly stressful. The school advertises that they are pick up. They do not pick you up if you live further than 225th street. I found this out after purchasing two packages, one for myself and one for my sister. We live on 231st. We opted to cancel the packages but they worked with us and decided to bend the rules a bit. That gives them a star. One instructor, I can't remember his name, used his phone throughout the duration of the lesson. But that's canceled out by the nuisances of scheduling said lessons. For example, for the last class, I called ahead and specified that I was not going to be a pick up. Instead, I would come in to for my lesson. The day of the lesson comes and I'm sitting in their office, in the dark, waiting. Nobody was there. It turns out that my message was not communicated. I sat there for half an hour, while my instructor sat in front of my apartment building. Ultimately, I did pass though. Read Less
