I was very pleased with the lessons provided by Suzanne. I called on a Monday morning and booked two lessons. One for Tuesday evening and one for Wednesday afternoon. Yes she rescheduled Wednesday's time, but still made it work. My son had taken driver's ed at school and had a bad road test experience. I thought he was a good driver who needed confirmation from someone other than mom. He also needed a little polish on his parking. She gave him a few tips that made all the difference. Wish i could say the same. Contracted her for 5 sessions, it was great and dandy the 1st day, but as soon as the check was cashed the following session was not as pleasant, all the consecutive last 4 sessions she either  called and move the time to what seem is only convenient for her. And adding insult to injury the last 2 session not only that she changed the time she had also move the date therefore I had no choice but to move all my prior appointments as well. This person has no regard for  others but only for her own convenience and i would never ever recommend her. Since the first session, she seemed always in a rush and quite harsh when she gives instruction or whenever im driving and she would abruptly step on the brakes and tell me condescendingly what i did wrong. I never felt comfortable driving with her and  wouldn't feel comfortable driving with her again. I'm moving on to the next and so should you. Read Less
