I was very disappointed in this place after my sister came here. I had heard rave reviews about E-Z auto from a friend, and so I told my sister to take a lesson with them. The instructor Eva would not even shake my sister's hand, and actually wiped her hands on her pants after accidentally touching my sister when my sister reached out for a handshake. My sister had to call my mother, who was on the way home from work, for the money to pay for the lesson. Eva kept saying over and over that my sister did not have the money, and refused to start the lesson until my mother came home. She was so rude to my sister, repeatedly accusing her of not having the money, that my sister told Eva to leave and that she would not be doing the lesson that day. My mother came home (with the money) around 10 minutes later, and called E-Z auto, asking why Eva was so rude to her daughter. We could hear Eva in the background over the phone saying "I knew they didn't have the money", when in fact my mother did come home with it. If she hadn't been so rude to my sister, we would have carried through with the lesson. The woman on the phone had nothing to say about Eva's unprofessionalism, and wasn't the least bit admonishing of her, even while knowing that she had wiped her hands on her pants after barely touching my sister, as if she was lesser than her. We found this extremely unprofessional of the business, and we will never recommend E-Z auto to anyone, nor ever go to a lesson here again. Read Less

I failed the driving test 5 TIMES, I took 5hr course 3 TIMES! I could not pass it! After Praying and Praying I finally came to EZAuto . All it took was a 45 minute lesson with Vinny! And Praise God! Hey everyone my name is ANGELIS VENTURA, And this will be my first review ever in any website. I have to say I've never driven before I recently moved out here in Long Island and of course you know you need a drivers license (CAR) to get around. First of all let me star by saying that if you are in Long Island and you are looking to get your drivers lisence for the first time, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE call this driving school or go in person and set your 5 hr class and driving lessons from this driving school, as a first time driver I was really nervous anxious scared and so many emotions together because for me getting my drivers license is a big opening door for my familys future. I guarantee that if you go with this school you will pass the road test because all of their instructors are EXCELLENT and I really mean it all of them are, I had a few lessons with different instructors from this school and all were just amazing they are friendly they make you feel comfortable, confident and most important they are very PROFESSIONAL.The staff at the office are also very helpfull, they assit you to get the classes at the right time you need it, always calling you to remind you your class dates. Payments were easy to make, I have so many great comments to say about this driving school that I would need this entire page and I won't finish complementing them. All thought everyone is a professional at what they do here I have to say I enjoyed the most of my favorite instructors JOHN and HARRY beautiful people just amazing thank you so much for all the help and for helping me pass my road test. Some ppl may think that my review is an exaggeration but really when you are a single mom that just moved into a new place and who didn't know how to drive or feel comfortable or save driving, and searching everywhere for a good school with great instructors and affordable with easy payments I can't ask for more I'm extremely happy that I found this school. I am so glad that i went with ez auto driving school. For about a half a year or so i have been practicing with Eva she is the best driving instructor i have ever had. The other instructors are nice too but i was driving with Eva the most . Because i have had Eva on my first try i actually passed my road test and i was so nervous.
