I went to this place in June and paid for 5 lesson, 5 hour class and the road test. Its the end of july and my road test is schedule for the first week of august. I only did "1 lesson" and my road test is less than a month away. Every two weeks they reschedule me for another 2 weeks. Im leaving my little summer job a hour or two early to get ready for my lesson just for them to not show up. Now i have to work a additional two hours to make up the hours i missed. Im trying to get my license so i can get to and from college and work. smh -__- this place is unprofessional and unorganized. Lesson 1 and 2 is on the same day which makes no sense. 3 and 4 is on the same day and lesson 5 and the road test is on the same day. That make it 3 separate days to learn how to drive. When the driver came the first time, he came late , he was texting and chilling in the passenger seat. He was rushing me the whole time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! Almost 400$ down the drain because they continously rescheduling me and my road test is less than a month away. The women that sounds like a man on the phone does not know how to make appointments. She's booking me knowing someone else have a road test on the same day and i keep having to reschedule. On July **** 2015, for the very first time I had gone to All Time Driving School 2 in ******** ** for my children's driving lessons because they just received their learner's permit from the DMV. When we entered the office, there was a ******* lady in her mid 50's named Jeanette G******. Her... customer service was very poor because she barely understood what I was asking her and instantly charged my credit card a significant amount. She was extremely disorganized and had no idea how to make appointments for the lessons. It seemed like they have no business experience. I paid $375 for each kid (total = 750). The first day of the lesson, Carlo, one of the instructor, came extremely late (more than an hour). He's not professional either because he plays with his phone, talks about irrelevant stuff, and my kids can't concentrate they complain about him. Yesterday, August **** 2015, my kids were suppose to have a lesson at 2pm and Carlo never showed up. We called numerous times, left messages, but, they never picked up. Ironically, Jeanette picked up the phone when we purposely called with out number blocked. She immediately hung up when she recognized me. Whenever I used to call them to make appointments for future lessons, they keep resisting by saying that they are unavailable. They wasted so many weeks doing that. I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from All Time Driving School II of Medford New York. School is a scammed business. I’m warning you facers don’t use their services. After they take your money, they find all types of issues why they couldn’t fulfill their commitments or obligations. I’ve called them several times and no reply from them. This is no way to run a business and I believe it’s unjust to treat people like this. I am most annoyed that I w...asted money and time waiting for them to either come pick me up for my driving lesson , calling back to reschedule my lessons or show up to take me to my road test(which by the way they really didn’t schedule it). My impression of That Awful Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how my existing business is being managed by any other company.
