As a tax paying resident of Johnson City I was infuriated when I witnessed an employee take their office wastebasket an dump it into the public garbage can on the sidewalk on front of their Main St Johnson City Office. Really??? That is totally unprofessional and wrong.

If anyone wants lessons to learn how to drive, I'd suggest that you request, Herman B. Herman was my driving instructor. He was great with talking to me as a human being. Herman understood my anxiety, and is the best to work with if you have that as well.... When things were a bit rocky for me, he knew how to calm me down, and make me laugh a bit to get over my insecurities. 5 stars to you, Herman!! Thank you for being there to help me pass <3 Perhaps I won't have to write L&R on my hands after all haha! See More

Herman was a great driving instructor throughout my driving lessons! I came in with little experience, he was patient and kind. A clear communicator with a sense of humor he was able to point out the areas of my driving skills that I needed to work on to achieve earning my lisence! Thank you to baxsters and herman I am officially a licensed driver!

I had the fortune of getting Maria as my instructor. Not only did her attention to detail and patience with me (through some less than perfect driving) give me the experience i needed to pass the test...
I had the fortune of getting Maria as my instructor. Not only did her attention to detail and patience with me (through some less than perfect driving) give me the experience i needed to pass the test on the first attempt. But she also gave me a lot of advice and criticism to have a good idea of what i need to get more comfortable with to improve my driving after receiving my licence. Her calm discussion and very nice personality also helped me to not be too anxious behind the wheel (which tends to be a big problem for me). she was even able to find some extra time before our last appointment to make sure i was ready for the test that day. i would definitely recommend her and Baxter's to people looking to learn how to drive, or even just to sharpen up their skills before the test.

I brought my nephew up from NYC after Thanksgiving to see if he could learn how to drive. I came out from Newark Valley to meet with Maria at Union Center. He had nine lessons and I spent a consider...
I brought my nephew up from NYC after Thanksgiving to see if he could learn how to drive. I came out from Newark Valley to meet with Maria at Union Center. He had nine lessons and I spent a considerable amount of time with him through the month of December. He had some discouraging days, but he passed his road test on December 29. They were able to adjust the schedule for our trip out to CO for 10 days in December. We are both quite happy with the experience, but it seems like the scheduling in not computerized or something. I felt I was talking to someone who was sorting through 3 X 5 cards.

Maria was the best driving instructor I had, I had failed the road test once before but her lessons helped me a lot on understanding the road and driving better. I ended up getting my licence with no points on my next road test. But more importantly, she showed genuine care for the safety of students so that they don't get into accidents after the test.

Wasn't helpful.. The instructor was so rude and helpful as well. It is Expensive moreover has poor quality.. Please take other driving school if u want to pass road test.

I had the fortune of getting Maria as my instructor. Not only did her attention to detail and patience with me (through some less than perfect driving) give me the experience i needed to pass the test on the first attempt. But she also gave me a lot of advice and criticism to have a good idea of what i need to get more comfortable with to improve my driving after receiving my licence. Maria was the best driving instructor I had, I had failed the road test once before but her lessons helped me a lot on understanding the road and driving better. I ended up getting my licence with no points on my next road test. But more importantly, she showed genuine care for the safety of students so that they don't get into accidents after the test.
