I paid all the money upfront and he didn't gave me a receipt. On the day of my driving test, the owner avoided my calls and was not in his office. Then he call me and told me to pay another driver so that he can take me to the road test. It was the driving test day and I was not able to do anything, its actually a old scamming trick.
