I set up the 10 lesson package which included the lessons, 5hr class, car for road test and road test appointment for my daughter for $425. You cannot make payments online or over the phone, so you have to go there in person. The lessons are 45mins each but it's hard to get an appointment. They're always booked. Especially if you want the same instructor. On the day of the road test, the gentleman that drove them to the test site was so negative. He kept saying if you do these different things, you will definitely fail the test. He made my daughter so nervous that she failed the test as soon as she turned the corner. I called the school on 5/23/18 to advise them of what transpired. They said they would talk to him and they will call her with a new test date and I would have to pay $20 fee. I know motor vehicles allows two times to take the test before paying another fee. I have called them repeatedly since and was told the Motor Vehicle website didn't have any availability for at least 6 months. I explained that someone should've tried to contact us. The girl said there was a list of people needing dates for the road test. I went on the Motor Vehicle website and was able to set up another test date right away. Afterwards, I booked lessons with another school which is costing me more money. My advice to anyone is to stay away from this school. Read Less

Very good service here. I learned a lot of information about how to drive and what to expect when driving in the 5 hour class. The driving instructors—Dylan and Jose—are very nice and respectful. They let you know what mistakes you make during the driving lessons and actually help you correct your mistakes. Thanks to them, I passed my road test with no redos. The driving school even allowed me to pay the package little by little which really helped a lot. Plus, I love that this driving school is open 7 days a week because i was able to have driving lessons on the weekend and during the week after school. I was this place today (3/10/18 @3pm) for my wife's driving licence. When I entered into this place, I saw some students taking driving class. A lady at the reception on right hand side was talking on the phone. I was standing in front of her about 5 minutes trying to get her attention. Wasted over $2000 here plus, this is not the place to come for your CDL, had I known that big companies such as Warner, Stevens Transport even Swift; All these big trucking companies would have paid for my plane ticket to a state where they have their own schools, had I known that these big trucking companies Would pay for me to get my CDL 2 1/2 months of classes plus hotel and food I would not have wasted over $2000 on this place. Mama Papa schools are the worst schools to learn from primarily because getting into the trucking business after learning from a mama papa school, is only a fraction of everything you need to know concerning the trucking business, I advise everyone who reads this that wants to go into the trucking business called one of the big companies that I had mentioned and you will learn everything you need to know concern in the trucking business. Tried to charge me a cancellation fee of $15 because I needed to reschedule my driving class the day of. I was not made aware of this fee when I made the initial payments. Receptionist was not trying to work with me and stated that I either needed to pay the fee or lose my class. They need to make their policies much clearer. Very disappointed in their service. The worse driving school ever DO NOT go to this school. Failed my driving test 2 times the instructor don't teach you anything he will just sit there and not tell you anything on how to prepare for the road test!. I tried to sign my daughter up for driving lessons. The website said they closed at 6pm. We arrived at 4:51pm so was surprised that the doors were locked. The woman rolled her eyes, looked at us like "what do you want?" and reluctantly, opened the door. We told her we wanted to buy a driving lesson package. Her answer was "we're closed." And went on to explain that they closed at 5pm.  Ok cool. Let's accept that they close at 5pm. She still had 9 minutes to take my money and earn my business. I rate Ena's Driving School with 5 stars, I came to this driving school with no experience of driving whatsoever. Thanks to the best instructor VISHNUE I passed my road test yesterday on my first try. Vishnue is absolutely a great instructor, he takes his time with you and makes sure you leave every driving lesson confident that you will pass the road test. I passed my road test on the first try thanks to Vishnu, he is the best instructor by far. He got me, a first time driver, a true begginer to pass my road test on my first try. The way he teaches you how to parallel park, you will be perfect every time if you follow his step by step instructions. He is very professional and a great teacher. He got me to be very confident about driving and like I said I never drove before and I am now a licensed driver. I did 10 lessons and that was all that was needed because I had the best instructor ever. I recommend him to everyone I know that is trying to get their license. Vishnu is the greatest instructor!! I would recommend him to anyone! I passed my road test on the first try after taking only 5 lessons with him. He is nice, professional, and most of all patient. He will correct all your mistakes and bad habits. He taught me to parallel park which was my biggest fear! Receptionists are rude. I had a receptionist hang up on me mid sentence after talking over me the entire conversation. My driving teacher was cool but wasn't much of an instructor. He did much of the work for me and I wasn't prepared for the road test- ( I do not entirely blame him.) I will say he was late for a few lessons  (no extra time) and ran errands during my time. The guy driving me to the road test was immature, unprofessional and ignorant and didn't provide a positive atmosphere.Avoid this unprofessional outlet. Save your coin for someone who listens when you speak, provides instructors who know how to teach, respects your time in addition to a providing a calming pre-road test atmosphere. It's also worth mentioning they are penny pinchers. I cancelled a lesson the day before and they (tried to) charge me!!! Also their system is janky and will alert you for lessons not in the system and charge you a cancellation fee for lessons you never had! I wish I could place a stop sign right in front of the door to deter anyone else from sharing my poor experience. Stay clear! Read Less

I would highly recommend Ena's Driving School in Jamaica location to anyone getting a driving license.I sing up for 5 hour pre-certification class and 10h of driving. 5h class was brutally long. The instructor went over the key point how to pass the road test, which was very helpful. However, I found him disrespectful and arrogant. Ex: was making fun of person who didn't speak English, and yet his communication skills were very poor.For my driving classes I had few different instructors, they were professional and knowledgable, some had strong caribbean accent, at times very hard to understand. However, Rihad deserves special recognition. He addressed every question and issue I had. Was calmed and always offered timely comment. I passed my road test the first time, and Rihad gets a huge credit for that. Ladies who work in the office, are the sweetest angels I had ever encountered. Always so polite! They managed to schedule my road test ASAP just like I asked then. They were very easy to work with. I passed my road test, however don't feel quite ready for crazy NY roads, it will still take a lot of practice ! Read Less
