Couldn't be more happy with All-Nations Driving School. Ive had both Cliff and Howard as driving instructors for my 10 classes and they are excellent. They are very calm and don't make you feel nervous for first drivers. The school is very flexible with lesson timing and last second cancellations. I had Cliff for my 5 hour class and although a 5 hour sounds boring, it wasn't bad. It was very informative. I passed the road test today after having 10 lessons and the 5-hour class and I have nothing better to say than THANK YOU to All Nations Driving School especially to my instructor, HOWARD, who's been no less than an excellent driving instructor. He may come off as strict and intimidating but he's probably the most easy going and most relaxed person I have ever met! Howard is also very knowledgable... yes he is... and gives very clear instructions, which is very very essential. That all together, helped a lot as I was a taught but very nervous student. I have been to different schools twice for my driving lesson needs and failed my road test. But not again! No, not this time anymore! I had the best instructions and the best teacher ever! If this have NEGATIVE STARS YOU GUYS DESERVE IT!!! Just lost business and interested with me. I called to get information and the man who answered the phone told me to hold on.( terrible phone etiquette) I didn't get why he would answer and not know information about the business. I guess the company hired people to answer the phone and put on hold to someone else. I get transfer to what I assume would be great customer service, but instead I get a female who laughed on the phone, and put me on hold for 15 minutes only to pick it up and put me on hold again. My questions were simple; 1. How much is the driving class? 2. Do I have to book an appointment? 3. What information do I need to bring with me?. I'm not sure what's so funny about these question. Frustrated and confused I called again, only this time the line kept ringing. No one picked up and I never got my questions answered. Now, I work in retail and customer service is top priority in order to stay in business you must treat each paying customers with respect. I'm not sure what kind of customer service policy this company is following, but this "business" needs to re-evaluate that policy. I was so pleasantly surprised by the entire experience with ANDS. I chose them because of location and class time. Pricing was also competitive. I was lucky to work with Cliff in the classroom, driving lesson and road test. He really is top notch! I passed my road test because of Eddie (Eduardo)! I started my lessons in November and spaced them out perfectly. I took two extra brush up lessons one of which I took the day of the exam! I know I passed because of Eddie's teaching method.... He's very patient and knows what he's talking about. Do exactly as he says and you'll be fine. In total I had scheduled 4 lessons and 3 different instructors. The school makes a confirmation call the day before your lessons so you don't have to worry about forgetting. The instructors and lessons were all great esp if you arrange a lesson right before your road test. This allows you to review problem areas and get use to the car so that you are more relaxed when it's testing time. Read Less

The "driving instructor" passed the house and then reversed down a major boulevard before crashing into a pole. She then strolled to the front door as if nothing had happened. I had a great experience at this school. I had taken the five hour class before, and had to take it over again. It was so much better at this school. The instructor really captivated the students and, in my opinion also left us a greater understanding of the responsibilities that come with a driver's license. I also used them for my auto test. I have taken classes with other schools and their cars were horrible and old, and so expected the worst, Thankfully the car I was given for my test was very we cared for. My experience with All Nations is one that I will share with anyone, anytime, anywhere simply because it was great. The staff members are nice, friendly, understanding and easy to speak with. Sabrina one of the driving instructor is so cool. My primary instructor was Cliff, he was so detailed in giving guidance, allowing me to feel comfortable and relaxed (even when I was nervous). Just before I did my driving test, I did one last lesson with Cliff, I was so nervous that I was a mess on the road. I felt failure lurking in my heart and mind. However, through Cliff's calm and motivating demeanor I was relaxed before even completing my lesson. I did the road test immediately after with a renewed boost of confidence and was successful.
