I went to this driving school to get my license. I took some driving licenses with a driving instructor by the name Henry, he is the most charismatic, best conversationalist, focused and funny instructor you'll ever meet. I came to Accurate Driving School to get my Class B Commercial License. The process with them was great and, didn't experience any problems. The instructors were excellent as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their CDL. Read Less

The instructors have been late to every lesson now. I purchased 10 Lesson package and I'm not too impressed. I had Ginny and Henry. Cars could be a bit updated, phone customer service could be a bit more efficient. You can't charge people hundreds of dollars for subpar services. Read Less

I give it 0 stars. So disappointed and upset. 2 weeks ago I set up an appointment for my son to have driving lesson to brush up before his driving test. I even paid in advance. Never showed up, never called. I called before way before closing time and no one picked up. I even called their other location in Freeport and nada, zilch, zippo. I wish it was possible to give zero stars for this company. I called Wednesday asking to have 3 driving lessons for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 1pm each. The person that spoke to me over the phone said that I was good to go and that the instructor would be at my house at 1pm sharp each day. Thursday nobody showed up by 1:30, so I called the company and asked them what happened. They got back to me about two hours later saying that the instructor was unaware of her schedule for the day and they apologized, then told me I had an appointment Friday for 1pm. I decided to give them another chance. They called me back later Thursday night asking me if I'd be willing to move my appointment to 9am for Friday, and I wasn't available at that time so I told them no. They then told me that my 1pm would have to be cancelled then because their schedule changed. I said okay and then asked them if I still had my lesson for Saturday. They told me yes and that they'd see me at 1pm. It is now Friday at 2:30pm and the business just called me asking me if I'd be willing to move my appointment to 11am Saturday morning, so I told them to cancel my appointment all together. I went here for the pre licensing course and purchased 8 lessons.  I had Junior and Henry for the lessons which both are very great.  They're very knowledgeable and I felt very confident after the lessons.  They're much better instructors than the ones I tried at Elmhurst. They also have cheaper prices compared to other schools around the area.  5 stars for Junior and Henry but had to take out one star because I wish they have newer cars. Read Less
