I thought it would be terrible. the teacher is awesome. I loved it, don't go anywhere else, I'm convinced this is the only 5 hour class that was a treat instead of a chore.

My son attended a 5-hour Pre-Licensing Course with Mike, the owner of Suburban Driving School. Honestly, my teenager was not too keen in participating in a 5 hour class. It is just way too long especially for a 16- year old. BUT he was pleasantly surprised! He found Mike's class not only informative, but really engaging as well. Mike makes the class interesting and fun.
Then after several months, before my son did the official road test, I contacted Mike to see if he could give my son a refresher, more in application this time (than theory). My son needed help with executing k-turns and parallel parking as well. And Mike delivered way beyond our expectations! Mike is really a great teacher! In fact, he is one of the best teachers my son and I have ever met! He is very clear with his instructions, he is very informative and accurate, and he gives very valuable tips. When my son does something that needs to be corrected or at least improved, Mike waits for the perfect timing to tell my son what it is and how to correct it. Mike is never condescending. In fact, Mike is very encouraging! It made a really great overall learning experience for my son! (The big bonus is that my son passed the road test on his first try!) Thanks Mike, we'll forever be grateful! More power to you and to the Suburban Driving School!

The class was great. Went really fast and was an ah ha lesson for some aspects of driving that I forgot. Instructors made class fun.

Took the defensive driving course. Time went by quickly, the instructor made it enjoyable and not drag. I was pleasantly surprised thinking I would sit there bored for hours!

Mike did a great job of getting through the details of the class in a concise and entertaining way. The hours flew by and I learned a great deal about the current law. It has made me more conscientious while driving. I highly recommend his class!

Mike was a great teacher and made the class interesting and I felt more knowledgeable afterwords. Also, the best part was my insurance reduction of $100/year.

My son attended a 5-hour Pre-Licensing Course with Mike, the owner of Suburban Driving School. Honestly, my teenager was not too keen in participating in a 5 hour class.
