Ahhhhh I passed!!! & I thank Roseanne & Carlos for that!! Roseanne is the most sweetest person I’ve ever met. She always gives 100% in everything she do to help me & her words of encouragement always kept me going. Thank you💜 & Carlos he boosted my confidence each & every lesson, he breaks it down & focus on what needs improvement, he really is a great instructor! & he’s funny too. Thank you again!!

this school is the worst... the instructor Carlos everytime used to make an excuse to cancel my classes... the soccer game was more important than work... so I ask my refund back but they didnt want to give it to me... so thanks good I pay with my credit card and make the bank lawyer fight with them for my money... I really don't recommend this school..

If i could give this School zero stars i would because they do not deserve one star. DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM AND DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND PREPAY for driving lessons, I FEEL you will be screwed & cheated like my son was. In July my son had a driving lesson with Carlos, it was supposed to be 45 minutes but Carlos was late and only gave my son a 20 minute lesson because he needed to leave claiming that someone was in the hospital. Carlos promised to make up this time before the road test appointment at no charge. My son had an appointment scheduled with Carlos for January 7th, 2018 at 11am that Carlos never bothered to CALL or SHOW UP for this appointment that was paid for. Point Driving School scheduled my son's road test for January 9th, 2018 at 8:30am. I was promised last night and earlier this morning that Carlos would be at our house for 8:00am. Carlos as usual and customary was no where to be found. At 8:05am My son called Carlos and was told that he was stuck in traffic but he would be here in 10-15 minutes. I honestly dont know what traffic he was in because i worked in College Point and drove to Bayside and it normally took me 10 minutes but whatever. Carlos arrived at 9:03am to take my son for his road test. I feel this guy is a complete waste of time and money. I feel that he is NOT DEPENDABLE and ALWAYS LATE! After the road test Carlos abandoned my son on Francis Lewis Blvd and 48th Avenue, which is no where near our house. Carlos told my son that he needed to pick up another client. This is so unprofessional and downright wrong!
The only person i actually like and i feel shows courtesy, professionalism and respect is the Receptionist, Roseanne, she goes out of her way to help you.

this is a great driving school, the instructor is awesome he gives good tips and really wants you to past the test very respectful people also very affordable HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :-)

I have not taken any classes but was actually researching the company for my daughter. If the way the instructors behave before work is any indication, I would not send her to them. We own a business ...
I have not taken any classes but was actually researching the company for my daughter. If the way the instructors behave before work is any indication, I would not send her to them. We own a business not to far from them and before work one of their employee parks and blocks our truck entrance and decides that the garbage in his car would look nice in front of our clean truck entrance. He dumps his trash and then takes off. Disgusting!

This driving school is great! They made driving fun for me and encouraged me to the best I could be. I had little expierence prior to taking the 10 class package and passed the road test in my first attempt. Instructors are patient and friendly. Staff at the office really helped and were very proffesional in handling me as a customer and me feel like a person and not just a piggybank. Prices are probably the best in town and the owner is very hands on and readily available to help. I highly recommend this school to first time drivers and anyone attempting to get a license as quickly and easily as possible.

I just passed my driving test today thanks to the great instructors who were very helpful and patient. I'm glad my coworker recommended this place. Their package prices definitely beats the rest!

This driving school is great! They made driving fun for me and encouraged me to the best I could be. I had little expierence prior to taking the 10 class package and passed the road test in my first attempt. Instructors are patient and friendly.
