Called for service at 12:09 was told a hour at 1:09 they called said 1:41 am. Waited and waited then the time changed to 2:01 am. Still no show for service then the time changed to 2:27 am. They finally showed up around 2:45 am. It basically took them 3 hours to provide service. So left their customer stranded outside in the cold and snow saying you have to stay there for service. I have been a member for 23 years -and very seldom need AAA- 9/21 I had call for a tow truck on the eastside of bflo n y. -placed the call at 620 pm abd here it is 745 and no sign -called back another 20 mon. Horrible customer service, was supposed to get the rest of my things delivered on a Monday, he came and had forgotten my TV stand. They never gave me any specific time or called like they said, they just popped up at my door. He told me he would bring my TV stand on Tuesday in the morning. I called after 10 am to find out what was going on and was told that the man was out delivering so he was sure he would be here. At 12 or close to 1pm I called and was told that they were waiting for the manager, he was at the dentist office and was waiting for him to come back so they could deliver my TV stand. So I said I guess I will just wait until who ever gets here and the guy carelessly said okay bye. So I decided to run up the street to get a few groceries when I was called and told hi this is AAA furniture I'm outside. So I replied you're here already I had to run to the store just leave it out side. So I brought it in and noticed that the glass door hinge is broke and also there was a dead baby cockroach on the stand. Me and my family has used this company for 20 years. After telling my family what I have been through they said they won't be using them anymore, I will no longer be using them either. In the past few years I have spent over $2,000 but it's time to find another company. The original owners must've sold this place to someone else, this place used to be the go to place for great used furniture at awesome prices, now it's just overpriced junk with horrible customer service. AAA is normally an awesome service to have. As a AAA Premier member I expected the normal amazing quick results and received anything but.Belt broke on the car. Needed a tow to nearest auto shop to replace. Called AAA premier services. Kept getting a busy signal. Called 10 times and finally got a ring. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. (Why does that feel like eternity?) finally spoke with a representative. Very nice lady. Apparently they're super busy at the moment- understandable. "We can't tow your vehicle until tomorrow at 7am" - excuse me? Lol wow okay. No problem I guess. As a premier I get a free car rental right? "Yes you do please call 1-800-736-8222 and they will set you up." Okay... Awesome thanks. Call number above: hello I'm a AAA member calling  regarding my free car rental. I just learned that I can get Cedar Point passes for $49 as an AAA member. I wish I knew this 3 weeks ago!Seriously though, AAA is the sh**. Car died in the middle of busy traffic? No problem, call AAA. Locked your keys inside your car while across the border in Canada? No problem. Call AAA. Er wait. That's CAA over there, but it still works and you don't need a different membership! This has all happened to me. I gladly pay the annual fee for the security of their roadside assistance.You can also get free maps here. I actually needed some maps for decoration (shhh) and asked for 7 different maps of Toronto, San Francisco, Philly, Cleveland and some other cities. No problem. A few minutes later and I left a happy camper with a bag full of free maps.This location has an awesome waiting room with free coffee too. AAA, please take my money! Read Less

AAA has never steered me wrong. I am very fortunate to have had AAA for five years now, thanks to my dad, it has saved me countless times!!!I love going into this AAA location for cross-country triptiks and maps, in addition to brochures for things I want to check out around Buffalo. AAA also offers discounted tickets for all of our area movie theaters. The staff at this location are always friendly and willing to help with a smile on their face, even when I come in close to closing time. Another reason why I love AAA is because I can even use my AAA card at New York & Company for something like 30% off? Woo! I also love various hotel and Amtrak discounts. My AAA membership fee has paid for itself, year after year.Then there is the ultimate reason why I love AAA: Roadside Assistance. Whether it was my battery... an easy fix as AAA came and tested my battery and replaced it on the spot. I love that they are able to take payment right then and there, in addition to having a warranty on their batteries. There was also that time that I was in my driveway, went to turn on my car, and the belt had suddenly broke. Not a problem, I have AAA. Towed me right to KAM collision, thank you. Anddd then there was that time my fuel pump gave out when I was in South Central Los Angeles. It was a-okay though because I have (and seriously love) AAA. Towed me to one of their recommended mechanics (I didn't really know anyone in LA) and fixed it the next day. Listen, I'm not the best with cars and the list of "Times Krista has Called AAA for Roadside Assistance" goes on but... you get the point. All in all, AAA in general is something everyone should have. Whether you get locked out of your car or something happens to your tire, it's awesome to have someone that knows what they're doing to rescue you - quickly. Full Disclosure - I LOVE the Triple A roadside assistance program.  I admit I'm biased about the services they offer.  I've been a member since I got my license and they have never let me down, flat tires, non starting cars, you name it.  The men (its always been men) who come in the tow trucks are polite, kind, and efficient.OK, that said, I went to this location to pull together maps and a trip tick for a cross country trip.  This place opened perhaps 15 (maybe 20?) years ago I gather, and it looks like it opened yesterday!  It was clean and comfortable.  Well lit.  Polite employees.  Comfortable chairs.  They were very helpful and the maps are terrific.  They also have an on line interactive map you can use to map your trip and see roads and the like.  Its an easy to use and navigate map, and I recommend it.  You can use it even if you are not a member, but you cant save the maps unless you are a member.There is a nice little area to buy travel related things as well.   Parking is easy.  There is a Panera and a Chipolte in the same strip mall area.  I think everyone who drives alot should be a member of the AAA, just for the roadside assistance program.  They will help you out of any jam.  But add to that the level of service you receive at the actual AAA offices and its well worth the yearly fee.
