I've never driven a car before and was really scared to seat behind the wheel. After taking 10 lessons with the instructor from YES driving school I felt confidence enough to drive on my own and take the road test, which I passed from the first time. Many thanks to Yuriy, who was my instructor. He has a patience of a saint! He explained to me everything about driving and taught me professionally. Finding a good school is always very complicated.  Two of my friends highly recommended this school to me. They took classes from Yuriy and told me that he is the best teacher. I called and signed up for some classes with him. I was very impressed with him because he has sooooo much patience. I made stupid mistakes but Yuriy was always very calm and he tried to explain to me what I had done incorrectly and how to avoid the same mistakes in the future. He is very professional and at every single class I learned something new. The price for a class at Yes School is very affordable compared to other schools in my area( Sheepshead Bay). Also, they have an amazing schedule. I work full time from 8am till 5pm five days a week and it was really hard for me to find a school with a good schedule, but Yuriy starts work at 6am and works till 6-7 pm. If you are an early bird or  a hard working person with a crazy schedule Yes is the best option for you. Read Less

If you are in Brooklyn and looking for a school, you should look no further.I had some driving experience prior to coming to Yes Driving School, but still I didn't know how to do parallel parking. If you'd like to pay money to someone to disrespectfully scream, constantly complain and humiliate you and everything around then this place is a way to go. Complete unprofessionalism and disrespect to students and all participants of the road and not only ! Continuous controversy and contradiction in teacher's speech and there's no way to understand in that chaotic scream what is required from you and you're just lost in the middle of the busy intersection trying to understand.. But you can't because you can't believe that someone who you don't know at all, who does not relate to you in any way and who suppose to quietly and politely explain smth to you and TEACH is simply YELLING at you sarcastically exhausting your patience. Stay away from these ignorant, uneducated  retards. There's a problem with their personal esteem - they believe they are PERFECT and all around them is low grade and may be humiliated and diminished. Yes driving school is the best school in Brooklyn.There are no words to describe what a wonderful experience I had with Yes Driving School. It was probably because I had the best driving instructor in NYC, Edik. I was very nervous to drive, particularly because I waited until the age of 32 to get my license. He made me feel at ease, made me feel confident, and taught me all the important things I needed to know, not only for my exam but also so that I would be a great driver.Thanks to Yes Driving School for caring about their student drivers.I would definitely recommend this driving school if you care about safety and passing your test. Yuri is a miracle worker. I went to him with ZERO knowledge about driving. He taught me step by step, and today literally two month later I passed my driving test and passed. I took about 10 lessons with Yuriy after I had taken classes with 6 other instructors, and compared to all others, Yuriy is the best. Having great driving skills and teaching those skills  are 2 different things, and Yuriy is a great teacher. Not only does he persistently explain everything in detail, but also he has great interpersonal skills and outstanding patience. Some instructors kill confidence. This one helps to build it. I took a 5 hour class and really liked the school, so decided to go on with them in taking driving lessons. It was amazing! Being a woman, you want a patient, yet knowledgeable instructor, who explain to you everything in simple English, and the instructors in this school were just what I was looking for.
