But Ron's expertise and patience made me more confident and I was able to pass my driving test in one shot. I was heading home from school one day. When I looked across the street I saw Ron's Driving Academy. So I went inside and inquire within. The Secretary was very friendly. I signed up and took a package. My first Instructor taught me well. Unfortunately I didn't pass the first road test. On my second try, I changed my instructor to Ron. Ron is an excellent instructor. He was very patient. I asked Ron lots of questions and he pointed out any mistakes I made and he help me to correct them. He taught me the ABC's of driving, and steps no other instructors has ever taught me. It's like learning to drive all over again. On the day of the road test, Ron came and picked me up early in the morning. I did one more brush up with him before my actual road test. Sitting and waiting for my turn at the test site. I felt so confident that I was going to pass, based on the teaching I got from Ron. When the Examiner asked me, "how am I doing today? " I told him, I'm doing very good, and I'm going to give it my Best Shot. I went out there like a Pro and did like a Pro. I DID IT. I PASSED. Ron came and said, "Congratulations Driver". I went up to him and gave him a Big Hug, and I started crying. I Thank God for that day when I stopped by. Ron, Thank you so much. I couldn't have done it witout you. You are the Best. I took my road test today and passed!!!! This was my first time! My driving instructor Ron is an EXCELLENT teacher. He provided me with great driving lessons and explained EVERYTHING step by step. The quality of the driving lessons are amazing! I took lessons with other driving schools throughout Brooklyn and none of them met my expectations. The receptionist is really friendly and she helped me out a lot. Although they didn't have the five hour class ( I'm not sure if they still don't) the lady redirected me to another school that does. She also made sure that I could fit all my lessons in before my road test Not to mention my instructor, Ron, was patient and very informative... he was the best instructor I've ever had. My instructor was Mr. James his services was excellent. He was very detailed in explaining rules, showing examples, and provided very elaborate answers to any questions or concerns. I was disappointed with the service as far as setting up my road test and taking the test. Office staffing weren't knowledgeable of services and lacked communication in keeping customers posted on what to expect. On the day of my road test I knew my instructor was off so he wouldn't be available to take me. So what ended up happening is I was dropped off at another driving school and a random instructor took me for my test! On top of that I was taken to another testing site. had to wait for someone else to pick me up from there and they didn't even drop me off at my door! Read Less
