If I could give less than one star I would. The program is nice and straightforward but the security system is horrible and the customer service is even worse. Do not use this service ever!

Horrible staff, I worked for them for less than two months and they let me go without even a warning. Very rude, and discriminatory. Too many employees working there in and out. And very gossipy. Okay...
Horrible staff, I worked for them for less than two months and they let me go without even a warning. Very rude, and discriminatory. Too many employees working there in and out. And very gossipy. Okay if you want to just take the course but not to work for them. I recommend people don't try to apply to work here.

Don't take this course, First they tell you there is no test yet you have to answer 15 out of 20 questions right to pass then they don't tell you but you have to keep your phone in your hand because ...
Don't take this course, First they tell you there is no test yet you have to answer 15 out of 20 questions right to pass then they don't tell you but you have to keep your phone in your hand because a window will pop up telling you to call a number with in 22 seconds to verify who you are after you already gave them your drivers ID and home address and your phone number. Then they list a contact number and when you call they take a survey ask you stupid question and then hang up on you.

The course material was informative and helpful but the way the course was administered was ridiculous. They interrupt you frequently and force you to dial a number from your registered phone within 30 seconds and answer a question. If you can't respond within 30 seconds (after two attempts) the fail you and force you to take the course over again!!!
I was on a cell phone with bad service when this happened and I was 75% of the way through the course and had to take it over again!!
I would never use this service again

The course material was informative and helpful but the way the course was administered was ridiculous. They interrupt you frequently and force you to dial a number from your registered phone within 30 seconds and answer a question.
