Mr. Rowland is a great driving instructor. Patient, clear and encouraging. He is very calm, and quite helpful at giving constructive advice. He talks you through what will be on the driving test, and also gives good general driving tips. He will pick you up in the area, so if you live in the Park Slope/Downtown Bklyn area, he can come to your house.Lessons are $38 for 45-minutes, and can be $35 if you buy a package, which is cheaper than some of the bigger schools.
