The road test they tell you to come at 8am, make u watch a video (which I already saw in my 5-hour class) to then leave at 9 with other student drivers. When you get to the site there is a huge line, and if 2 others are with you, 1 will have to go to the back of the line after an hour again because the DMV only test 2 drivers at a time per school. I wasted my time with this school every time. It's dirty and unprofessional. And they don't communicate things properly. When you take your classes, you get different instructors every time which is kind of annoying if u prefer someone and have a bad experience with another. It's a family owned business so the dad has the sons working who don't really know what's going on either. 🙄just avoid it and go somewhere else.Read Less

This review is long overdue. I used to pass by this driving school all the time on my commute to/from work. I decided to pop in. Several occasions they were closed during times they were supposed to be open. They DO NOT answer the phone. The 1 time I was able to walk in & inquire about prices & lessons, I was given an attitude & yelled @ thru the glass to go to the dmv & get a drivers manual. Which by the way is completely unnecessary b/c you can download it. I'm not a beginner driver. Had my license for several years, when I moved back home to NYC, I let it expire b/c who really needs a license in Manhattan. Wanted to support a local business. I believe every place has there ups and downs but you can't judge a book by its cover the same way you shouldn't judge this school without trying it.. I was scared at first because of the reviews but it was the only school in my area with reasonable packages.. first two sessions were a mess but the 5 hour class and my other four classes were great I was taken to the road test and passed with flying colors on the first try... I would recommend Rafael as an instructor and the daughter of Mr. Lehman i forgot her name but you can ask for her.. AVOID THIS PLACE !there is only one istructor that is worth it, her name is Martha, she is the only one who cares about teaching you, the owner is unprofessional and rude. When you get a package you have to be aware of how many clasess you have take, if not, you are going to finish paying for 10 and taking 8. On the counter there are two nice guys. So my advice to you, if you are planning to go (cuz is cheap) IF you wont avoid it ask for Martha all the time!Read Less

Worst Experience! They don't help. The girl in the front just listens to music and eats food. Btw that's the owners daughter. The owner is always flirting with different ladies instead of running his business. You'll most likely find him in the salon next door. There instructors don't instruct. The staff here is beyond rude and unprofessional. My grandma wanted to get me driving lessons, and some lazy chubby kid wearing a hat with a ponytail sitting behind the desk was completely incompetent (barely knew the details any of the packages) and pretty unenergetic like he did want any business with us. My grandma was getting upset with the kid's seemingly bad attitude; then he lashed out at her say "Get the hell out then". You should talk to anyone like that, especially to an old lady. First off I was greeted with an attitude, customer service is poor, and i was told about any information, i then was speaking to him, and i couldn't hear him because of the loud music and he caught an attitude. I wanted the best package 179, after dealing with him he started to frustrated me because of his lack of professionalism. I then ask for my money back, right there and he tells me he has to take 10 dollars, i didn't sign any agreement to those tes, we didn't get to that point because I wanted to get out of there. I was just walking by and wanted to inquire about something, and I was greeted with an attitude. An that's just me asking something. Terrible customer service. The head instructor was then trying to negotiate a price with me, even though the website has a $30 special for August. He also came late, rude.
