If you're contemplating taking lessons from this school, DO IT!!I got two lessons from Benjamin (Benjie) and I learned so much more in an hour and thirty with him than I did in 5 days with another school. Benjamin has all the traits of a great teacher: patience, positivity, a reassuring attitude, and passion for his job. He had so many great tips and tricks. I came into the lesson was driving anxiety because of a terrible experience with a different driving school and after practicing with Benjamin I felt so much more comfortable behind the wheel and I could tell he really loves teaching people something they don't know. I took the 10 lesson package plus 3 extra lessons with Dave and it couldn't have been better! I was extremely nervous and clueless on my first lesson but Dave made sure to crack jokes/tell stories/gives tips to ease me in. He will be honest with you and isn't afraid to point out your mistakes and will make sure to focus on that during the lesson. He's always on time and texts you when he arrives and lets you know way in advance if he needs to reschedule. We practiced on the day of the test and he made sure to give tips on what to do in possible test scenarios. I wasn't too nervous during the test thanks to his jokes! I passed the road test with good scores and it's all thanks to Dave.Someone complained in one of the reviews that All Seasons didn't let them upgrade to a different package but that's not true. I was given the option to pay $35/lesson or upgrade to the 15 lesson package and pay the difference because I finished up my lessons about 2-3 weeks before my road test. I opted out to take 3 extra lessons instead since it was during the holiday season.Customer service was also pretty good. I never had a problem trying to reach them to schedule or pay. I had no driving experience what-so-ever but I got a package deal for 10 lessons and the 5hr lesson for the certificate and  I passed with my instructor Dave. It can be a little expensive but they were organized, responsive, and helpful. Read Less

ALL SEASON'S AUTO SCHOOL.               BEWARETrouble.Once you give them your credit card # to authorize payment they do not destroy information despite being told to. They recently charged me again for a lesson that I paid for. They didnt seem to have record of it, this lesson took place weeks earlier. They have charged my card again, without authorization. I grew up in NYC and so I never bothered to learn how to drive.  I had absolutely no experience before signing up for lessons but All Seasons made the process extremely easy (if not a little boring).  I sat through one five hour video presentation and had a regularly scheduled lesson every week with Dave.  I have no comment about the customer service because I had basically no interaction with the All Seasons staff.  This isn't a nail salon.  My contact with them over the course of 4 months was maybe 10 minutes to sign up for lessons, 10 minutes before attending the five hour presentation, and that's it.  The instructors are the people that matter, and with respect to the instructors, Dave was always on time and sent a text message the day before every lesson as a reminder.  By the end of the lessons (the last one was a refresher on the day of the road test) I felt very confident going into the test that Dave had given me the best chance possible to succeed.  If you have Dave as an instructor he's going to tell you that you're going to hear his voice in your head during the test giving you instructions every step of the way - and he's right.  During the lessons he gives you constant feedback and constant reminders about what you should be doing, and that repetition makes it stick. Thank you all seasons. My daughter came here after failing her road test with another school. We were not happy with the service the instructor  was late half the time and once he didn't show up or call. We took a 10 lesson  package at all seasons and we had Dave as her instructor he was always on time and he kept correcting her mistakes and I could see she had the desire to get her license  after failing  a few months ago. I had bought two ten class sessions and haven't even finished them because I've had to constantly change driving "teachers". I've had so many horrible lessons that ended in me not even retaining any information because every single one of these fake instructors gives you attitude and makes learning uncomfortable. One of the instructors, Sonny, even made a racial comment at the end of my lesson saying, "if Asian people can drive then so can you." Another case was when one of the instructors showed up 15 mins late and didn't even call me when they were outside, causing me to miss the lesson because I had to go to work at a certain time. I switched to Tony, he was ok.I took a 6 month break and called back to make an appointment before my $415 10 lessons of 45 minutes package expires. (Overpriced but I trusted Yelp reviews).The staff who answer the phone will put you on hold to answer other calls. They make you repeat yourself since they are barely listening.My first lesson in a while, there was a rescheduling issue. I text the driver early morning, no response. I call the office and a male staff says to call the driver. (I don't understand why he couldn't call his own employee but ok). I call, someone else picks up, tells me the driver is unavailable. I call back the office, staff yells at me and blames me for his employee not having a cellphone on him. He calms down, says it's fine, don't go.I explain I am just looking to reschedule, is there anyone available tomorrow. He says no. I say are you available the day after? He says no. I ask him when they're available and he screams at me, he doesn't know availability because of the snowstorm. I said that's fine but do you know what day I can make an appointment for? He keeps repeating himself condescendingly there is a snowstorm. I tell him I understand but kindly ask for an estimated day. FINALLY he says call back Friday. What kind of establishment is this...I call back today (Friday), a female staff answers she has on record I went to that lesson. I explain what happened. She proceeds to belittle me the same way the male did about not calling their driver promptly (which I did). She challenges me to send her proof of my text/call to the driver and says she will discuss with the male staff (apparently the owner) to "verify" my statement. At this point I am annoyed and traumatized from attempting to drive again. Please stay AWAY! The reviews about unprofessional customer service are true! They sign you up for packages and purposely impede on scheduling. They could care less.UPDATE ----------------------------------------------------------------10 minutes after writing this review, I check my receipt for the refund policy which states they have to refund you the remaining amount upon request. Do not come to this driving school, even with a Groupon.They have absolutely horrible customer service. They do not care about you or your driving, they only care about your money. I advice you to avoid talking to anyone name Laura or Johanna. They do not know how to talk to their customers, and are extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though they make mistakes with scheduling driving lessons and responding back to their customers (which I totally understand can happen sometimes), they blame it on the customers and not themselves. I had a really great experience with this driving school! At first I was skeptical because of the reviews, but someone recommended it. Also, the school closer to my apartment was not willing to pick me up from home. Scheduling the pre-driving course was easy and the receptionist was very helpful when I had to change my dates around. The downside, I couldn't schedule my first lesson until two weeks later due to how busy they were. (This was August and I only had a month of free time) I would recommend scheduling multiple lessons in advance. My instructor was Benji, and he was great! I was extremely nervous to get behind the wheel but Benji was very encouraging for every single lesson. He was also very sociable and made it easier for me to feel less nervous. The driving school had put me down for the wrong testing location and I ended up practicing in the wrong spot for most of my lessons. But Benji was very reassuring and spent my last two lessons going through the new location, New location tested parking on a hill which is quite challenging, but Benji had me practice on an even larger hill which made the test a lot less difficult. I would definitely recommend taking lessons here with Benji. I passed my driving test with only 5 points off and with only the 10 lessons I took here! Read Less

The instructor for the class, Joe Altshuler was excellent- he taught about safe & defensive driving by showing many videos & sharing different real-life examples & personal experiences. For my first lesson, Joanna, one of the front desk staff, referred me to Benjamin. Little did I know that he would be one of the best instructors ever. I was really nervous on the first lesson, since I had little driving experience, having only practiced a few times prior. However, after just the first lesson, I learned so much already- from making proper turns to performing a 3 point U-turn, & even parallel parking. I became more confident & comfortable with driving. Benjamin has you drive right away from the start of the lesson- he doesn't drive you to the practice site or road test site, in order to see right away what your flaws are & what specifically needs to be corrected, which is an excellent technique. This is a technique that not many instructors know how to do properly. He also calms you down, no matter how nervous you are. A key lesson that I also learned is to not let yourself get nervous or at least don't allow your nerves to get to you since it will definitely affect your driving & your progress. Even on the road test, try to not get nervous & it will go quicker than you think. I ended up taking the 10 lesson package which includes the road test on the date of the last lesson & this was adequate amount of practice I needed. Thank God & thanks to Benjamin, I passed my road test today, on my first try! I also would say that some of the front desk staff were excellent & efficient to work with scheduling your lessons, like Joanna & also Destiny, who was there during the summer. Honestly the 5 hour driving didn't really provide information, but I'm not sure how those are suppose to work anyways. The gist of the 5 hour course was basically not to text and drive and he showed very old 1990s videos. The instructor are nice a friendly, my instructor when on vaction recently and I got a new instructor Mike and he was great! He's very patient and doesn't make you nervous being that I am a nervous driver, but he makes the situation totally comfortable. Horrible experience in this place. Please don't waste your money and time here. First I paid on Mother's Day weekend. They book your lesson once a week if your lucky or every two weeks you will get a lesson. When you call to request they never have lessons. When I first called they told me they will give me a lesson like 3 times a week and They gave me Benjamin as my instructor. Benjamin is horrible not professional. Second time he brought his wife in the car and told me she was an inspector like I should believe him. She was screaming scared of me driving like I was gonna cash the car or something like that. I got more nervous and was driving scared. Benjamin is not reliable you will have a lesson with Benjamin and he would switch the time and the days. One day I left work early to have my lesson and he called me to cancel and told me tomorrow he will pick me up he said he had an emergency. Next day I left work early again thinking he will pick me up. Waiting and waiting I called him and he never pick up the phone. He technically left me hanging. I lost money two days because of him. My boss asked me to stay later and I said no because I thought I would have my lesson. I called the office to complaint and ask to speak to manager and some new lady not Joanne, she was nice and switched my instructor to Tony. Now we in august and since may I only had 8 lessons. Tony is better than Benjamin but he's rude and would make you feel bad. He would keep saying to book lessons more often because I need more practice but when you call the office the phone never working goes straight to voicemail. You leave a message and they never return your call. After calling many days and trying to book lessons they would pick up and tell you everything is booked. Unpleasant to deal with!!! I requested a driving test to be scheduled before a certain date 2 months in advance, was told that it would be done, only to find out when I returned to the country that they had scheduled it a week later. The lady at the front desk was very impatient with me when I asked for an explanation. The receptionists are generally rude. Also, they get booked up so fast, even when you want to schedule a lesson 2 weeks in advance the instructor is always booked up. The instructors and the 5hr-lesson teacher are excellent, however, and they give you all the tips you need. Just terrible customer service. Filthy office when I went to take the five hour pre-license course with a man who rambled and little to no information was given. Showed clips from the 1980s with bad quality and outdated information. As an older driver I felt bad for the fear he just installed in these young kids. Lady at front desk (name is Destiny) is extremely rude and hard to deal with. I had to reschedule some of my days, and the experience couldn't have gone worse. Destiny gave me this nasty look, reminded me repeatedly how I was making her life harder, and proceeded to make a phone call to my instructor in which she said I was being "difficult" while rolling her eyes. And keep in mind, I was rescheduling only 3 of my lessons, all of which were weeks away... I can only imagine the hell she would've given me if there was some kind of an emergency and I had to reschedule only a day or two before... To put it simply, these guys really don't care about you. There are much better schools out there, ones that actually value their coustomers and will go out of their way to help you. So, if you're looking for a smooth, easy experience, this is NOT the driving school for you. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because some of the instructors are okay (no where near the best) and I don't want them to get a bad rap just because some people are doing their job as they should be (destiny). After being indecisive whether or not to go to a driving school, I'm so happy I chose All Seasons! I wasn't comfortable with the idea of getting a weird stranger teaching me to drive. Luckily, I was paired up with Dave, and on the first day he changed my mind completely. He makes you feel very comfortable and teaches you tips and tricks on passing the road test. I'm one of the few who got their license very late in my life ( but hey better late than never). Ezra was so professional, on time and really enjoyed getting to know him as a person,while being on the road. He didn't make me feel ashamed for getting my license so late in my life lol.. (thanks buddy). He was great in showing me different scenarios with the road test and practicing driving on the high way. All Seasons has several decently priced packages. I applied for the 10 lesson one and I do not regret it. I loved my instructor (ask for Dave) because he was really chill, knows all the tricks of the driving trade, and is really honest about your progress and his expectations. The owner of All Seasons Auto School is soo friendly and very considerate. The secretaries are also very professional, prepare all necessary forms for you, and make appointments (to the best of their ability) according to your desired time frame. The instructor I had for my 5-hour lesson was full of stories, and didn't make the 5-hours seem too boring. I passed my road test thanks to Ezra!  He was a very kind and patient instructor who kept the lessons interesting.  I had barely driven before, and he gave me a good mix of lessons that covered driving/steering, turning, parking/U-turns, driving during different times of day, and even highway driving.  He always showed up to my house early (and was even flexible to meet at other locations) so my lessons were slightly longer than 45 minutes.  He will keep you entertained with stories and a good sense of humor.Would definitely recommend! I had a great experience with Carlos, my driving teacher, but I had the worst experience ever dealing with the administrative staff of this place, who were unreasonable, disrespectful and rude. It was my first time driving and I don't own a car so from the beginning I wanted the 20 lesson package with 2 tests.  I asked if I could pay in installments, and the woman on the phone -Laura, the older sounding woman and the wife of the owner- said sure and suggested a $160 payment to start with.I had Richard as my driver at first, but for our first two lessons, he ended up arriving late and short changing me 15 minutes each lesson.  I switched teachers and I called in to complain about the 30 minutes I was owed twice and they did nothing about it- the second time I called they didn't even know what I was talking about.  I scheduled my first road test after 16 lessons.  Carlos said I had a 50% chance of passing but to my surprise, I did pass.   Carlos and I had solely been practicing for the road test and didn't do anything else, such as going on the highways.  I was still in no shape to actually drive alone and he agreed as well.I called the office to schedule another appointment and Laura said I was actually charged for a 15 lesson package plus 1 extra.  I said there must be a mistake, and she said it did originally say 20 lessons but someone crossed it out.  I said I'd pay the additional $90- how much extra the 20 lessons would have been- for the 4 additional lessons, and she said she'd ask the owner if it was okay. The next day Laura left a message saying no it wasn't possible.  I called and she refused to talk to me, and instead I had to talk to someone who only started working there who then started backtracking and lying and saying I never wanted the 20 lesson package to begin with, and that they don't even allow paying installments.  I told her that wasn't true, and she started making more things up and making more excuses.  She said it was my fault that this happened and that I should've looked at my credit card statement sooner.  She said after passing the test, as a licensed driver, the lessons would cost me $45 vs $35 for permit drivers anyways so I wouldn't be able to use the leftover lessons in my package anyways (nowhere does it say that on the website nor did they tell me this when they first tried to sell me lessons). I asked what would have happened if I failed the first road test and needed another one and she said then the 20 lesson package would have been honored.  Then when I said the website showed lessons for licensed drivers cost $40 and not $45, she said she'd be able to give me a $5 discount.  I asked to be transferred to the owner's wife, and she did, but the call dropped (I think she hung up on me).  I called again and finally did I get Laura on the phone.  I was calm and rational and respectful the entire time, but suddenly the conversation turned ugly and Laura started screaming at me over the phone that I was wasting her time and hung up on me.   Now, it's obvious they just wanted to make more money from me at $45 a lesson.  I don't even know if they are deliberately scamming me or not because they kept making stuff up and changing their explanations.  I realized, each time they called me and asked for payment over the phone and gave me no contract, nor receipts.  This is incredibly shady and at best, horrifically unprofessional.  I have talked to other students who said they also thought Laura, the owner's wife, was very rude to them.  This was overall the worst customer service experience I've ever had.  I have paid over $500+ to their business and I shouldn't be treated this way.  I literally had to beg for them to even talk to me and hear me out. I wanted to complain to the Better Business Bureau but they are not an accredited business.  My advice is to get everything down in writing should you go with them.  I do recommend Carlos as a teacher but I would suggest going with another driving school to save yourself this headache.  Their lessons are not actually cheaper, they are just 45 mins long vs 1 hour long at other driving schools.  Other schools don't charge $5-10 more per class if you are a licensed driver and cheaper if you only have a permit (what is the logic in this?!?).  And finally, the dilapidated nature of their office, the fact that their licensing course hasn't been updated in decades and the ancient car they use should tell you enough.  Go with a state of the art driving school and one that is BBB accredited. Based on the great reviews, I went for the 10 session package. I am a slow learner and eventually, I passed the road test. The initial classes around 5 of them are good. However toward the end, they become bad. I would still recommend my friends to go, but not highly recommend because the payment instructions are unclear. Read Less

Just passed my road test on the first try, all thanks to my ten lessons with Ezra. He is nice and we got along great - he'll let you know if you do anything stupid on the road, though ;) I was picked up from my house each lesson and didn't have to share the car with any other students, thank goodness. Some of my lessons went longer than 45 minutes as a result, which allowed me more practice time. 10 weekly lessons was right for me, considering that I hadn't had any driving experience whatsoever before that, and now I passed! Get the 5-hour pre-licensing course done ahead of time - ideally before your lessons start. Some of the info can help your driving before you make any bad habits. Plus, you'll feel so much better to get it out of the way! Joe taught my course and he is a gifted orator . He wasn't boring for a second - although I can't vouch for some of the videos. I got a couple of friendly calls from their office confirming some of my important dates. They seem to be on top of things. Only complaint is that the car I drove in was kind of old and dirty - it was a Toyota Corolla. Also, their office is very cramped, but don't let that put you off.All in all, you'll definitely do great here! Read Less

All season driving school is very good and they are flexible with your schedule. The receptionist was attentive and answered all my questions along with being very nice. The driving teacher, Ezra, is the BEST. He was patient and very good at explaining any questions I had. Also he was always on time. I felt very confident when he was with me. The driving instructor was informative and easy going. The problem was the car. The car was SO old. I think this car was from the 60's. I was really embarrassed to drive in it. I also had to manually move the mirrors with my hands. Dont sit on the cushion because while you drive you'll feel the absorbing of the sweat. Overall the car is just old and uncomfortable. But at least the instructor was funny and nice. Unless they change the car i wont be back for another lesson. Read Less

I heard about All Seasons through two of my friends that have gone there, and decided to request Carlos as my instructor after hearing great things about him from so many different people. Highly recommend Carlos!!!! He is so patient, kind, and very helpful. I got the 10 lesson package and passed the road test on the first try.Definitely recommend this place! Great and affordable driving school. I needed to get my NY state license as I just moved here from half way around the world. I took a groupon deal for the 5 hour mandatory course and a 45 minutes lesson. I've been driving for a long time back where I came from but I thought maybe the 45 minute lesson would be useful for my road test maybe I can learn a thing or two about the stop signs which do not exist back where I came from. I had my lesson with Tony and he's just the best instructor. Apart from learning about the rules of the road, I learned that I've been parallel parking the wrong way for the last 17 years! After my awful experience with Mercedes Driving School, I stumbled upon all seasons. Their deals are cheaper, and they do driving lessons right!! What I love about All Seasons is that they stick you with ONE instructor and ONE car consistently so you get used to the car you'll be driving for your road test. They sent me Tony as my driving instructor and he was young, awesome, patient, and an amazing instructor. I finally passed my road test with flying colors!! Another thing I love about All Seasons is that when they say they'll call you back, they'll call you back. They are always prompt and on top of things! Would highly recommend to anyone! Read Less

I was always a nervous driver. I literally started shaking when I got behind the wheel of the car. But I need my license (public transportation is good for only so long...) so I signed up for All Seasons.My instructor, Carlos, was excellent. I felt so much more confident and once I took my road test, I realized just how prepared I was. I've gone from a nervous driving student to a confident licensed driver who can't wait to get behind the wheel. Definitely sign up for a ten-lesson package, because they help build your skills and your confidence and you'll be a licensed driver before you know it. Avoid this school. I selected this school for my Italian speaking mother, based solely on the fact that they had an Italian speaking driver, & my mom has poor English skills. During the lessons, he refused to speak to her Italian, stating that she her road test would be in English, & she had to learn. The communication went down hill from there. He seemed more interested in convincing her to upgrade to a bigger package, then actually teaching her how to drive. He had her making turns, without ever showing her the basic hand over hand technique. The 5 hour class is a joke. they put her in front of a TV, popped in a couple driving videos, & told her she was done & free to leave after 2 hrs. When she said she wanted to learn something, they popped in a couple more videos, & told her to leave after 4 hrs. If you really want to actually LEARN how to drive, look elsewhere. Read Less
