I was dreading a long, boring five hour class. As soon as i walked in, Marybeth caught and held my attention the whole time!! She is genuinely a nice, caring, and famously funny person. She taught me alot that i thought i knew but was wrong. She actually cares for each individual student and about the safety of their lives while driving. Hands down, the best driving school instructor and will definately be in touch with her to personally thank her for everything when i get my license. I was just tailgated and passed illegally while driving the speed limit by Marybeth herself. I wouldn't trust her to teach anyone to drive. EDIT: Speed limit wasn't 55, it was 40. I live there. And the middle of an intersection isn't a "dotted line". You shouldn't be allowed to drive, let alone teach. Read Less

No one go here. Today she yelled at a US Navy guy, and side she side you are a disrespectful and rude military man at I love my pizza parking lot. She was so rude I herd everything she side. I can not even begin to emphasize how incredibly unprofessional and negative my experience driving with Marybeth was. To begin with, she showed up at my house 15 minutes early and sat outside (in my neighborhood) honking until I arrived. Once I went outside to greet her, she refused to even say hello, shake my hand, or listen to me tell her that I barely had any driving experience, especially on roads. We proceeded to drive through Downtown Saratoga Springs, where the traffic is extremely intense, more so now than ever due to track season starting. She would cut me off each and every time I tried asking her a simple question, and every time I tried to yet again explain I was both very nervous and inexperienced. She than began making fun of me and mimicking how poorly I would turn the wheel, asking me if I had read the drivers manual and telling me how she "already has had two migraines this week" from people who'd driven like me. She told me that I was rude when I began to cry and have a panic attack, and that I could not handle criticism, as she was "risking her life" to teach me how to drive. I terminated my lesson after what was not even 30 minutes, when I was supposed to receive 1 hour of private lessons. Marybeth was extremely impatient, unkind, and hostile towards me before I even entered the vehicle. I have no idea how anybody has ever had a successful lesson with her, or how she manages to stay in business if her job consists of her treating customers as she did me. I am clueless as to not only why she was so unwilling to teach me with patience and decency, but as to why she had such an unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude towards me from the moment I attempted at greeting her. I am beyond dissatisfied with the verbal abuse and insults I endured from a service I paid for. After posting about this experience on "Yelp", she proceeded to express publicly on the site how I am in need of "serious professional help" both "mentally and emotionally and with telling the truth". In addition to that, she insulted literally me as an individual, lied about the entirety of the situations dynamics, and insulted my parents over text. If you check other poor reviews of this "service", you can see Marybeth responding to them saying she will "pray for them", so she clearly can not separate her religious beliefs from what is supposed to be a profession. Awesome location for a lunch or dinner break and Marybeth is super upbeat and talkative which makes the time go by quick and painless while she gives you all the points you need to know for driving. These folks need a 5 hour class on how to run a business. There are at least 3 different addresses when you look online for where the place is. So, your GPS wont help you much (Google shows 338 Milton).. Their sign on the street is so small I actually passed by it twice during my search for it. Then to top it off, when I finally got there, the not-so-nice lady, refused to let me in the class with the reason that she allows folks to be only 15 minutes late. When i got the door closed in my face, i looked at the time on my phone, and I was there 13 minutes late. I tried explaining to her the problem with the different addresses, and her response was" I'm going to check on it". Which is great, but when it comes to been accommodating, this "Mickey Mouse" business leaves much to be desired. They need to realize that people are sacrificing an entire day to take this class (it is required) and so should aim to be a bit more accommodating ( and no to say the least friendly or some what pleasant). Will not recommend this place to ANYONE. There are many other schools to choose from. Stay away from this business. Read Less

Just awful. Owner/operator talked on the phone during lesson, complained about her personal life and I felt that she was on the verge of beginning to proselytize at any moment. As far as teaching driving technique...... nothing of value given. My feeling is that this person has many personal issues and is not stable and therefore not able to offer any assistance in learning to drive.
