I attended the 5 hour class in Baldwin on Sunday, June 28th, and I was honestly impressed. I expected the 5 hour class to be dull and long, but I found that it passed very quickly with the instructor that I had. He managed to keep the class interesting and was able to answer questions quickly and concisely. When one student claimed they were having trouble visualizing his examples, he drew out detailed diagrams for us all, allowing us to really understand what he was explaining to us. It was an extremely interactive class, and really helped solidify my driving knowledge. I would recommend this class to anyone; even those who already have their license. It is an excellent way to learn the rules of the road, and it was presented in such a way that I know I will never forget it. Very knowledgeable professor; I am thankful that I took my class here. I took the 5 hour class at the Baldwin site on Thursday June 25, 2015. I found the class to be very informative ,interesting, and unlike anything I'd expected. My friends whom have taken 5 hour classes at other places informed me of how their instructor just showed them videos and they were allowed to leave after. My class however was far from that. For the duration of the class we watched one twenty minute video and the rest of the class consisted of the instructor sharing real life stories from newspaper articles and personal experiences that we were able to retain very useful information from when driving in the future. It let us know how important it is to be a defensive driver and to pay attention to the road at all times because taking your eyes off the road for one second could change your life forever. This course was nothing I expected but everything I needed and I would recommend it to any future drivers I know. Read Less

I recently took the 5hr class on Saturday the 21st at the Laurelton location. My review to this 5hr class is very simple...it was great! I found it very informative and our instructor gave out some really great tips. Those tips included the rules for the road we learn after we get behind the wheels, the rules that no one bothered to tell us or written in the book. I feel much more prepared for my driving lessons and the videos were really descriptive using real life events and scenarios. I had a great experience, I would definitely recommend it! Read Less

This place is terrible! I got lessons for my wife here from LivingSocial and then when I set them up there was a mix up to the location of the 5 hour class. I called the Queens office and requested the Queens office to be the location of the class. When we arrived there was no body there and we called over and over again and eventually someone answered and then told me that there was no class in Queens that day and that the class was in Brooklyn that day. I asked the person on the phone (James) who I could speak to regarding the mistake he said to call the owner (Terry) so the next day I called Terry at all three offices and received no response to my messages. I also tried e-mailing them using their website because there was no direct way to contact them via e-mail. I tried and still (3 weeks later) I have not been responded too. They marked the deal as used and when it took LivingSocial over 1 week to hear back from them they claimed they have no record of the appointment. So let me ask this. Why would our deal be marked as "Redeemed" if nobody ever redeemed it? Steer clear of this place! Read Less

if it is possible to give this place a 0 i would.  Horrible experience- unprofessional, rude, highly disorganized.  There was one time where no one picked me up for my lesson- just simply didn't show up after I ran all the way back to long island from work to make the class.  Never got an explanation. I wish there was a review posted before i purchased my package from them.  I hate writing such terrible reviews (because there were maybe 2 driving instructors there who were good people), but I would be lying if I said I would refer anyone to this place... Its the worst !!! Don't bother going. The owner for the place arrive 1 hour late we all 6 of us waiting for our class to start. At least the office should have been open there is no place to sit. We have to go to a near Dunkin' Donut until he arrived. I took groupon for this but its not even worth !!! Read Less
